Always provides good customer service from order to delivery.Jason (who’s name I know because of the dominos tracking feature) tends to take care of our order a lot and always does a great job of getting it to us hot and fresh!Would highly recommend for any of your pizza needs ??
Apparently you they don’t want business, because they suck! The last few times I’ve ordered, including tonight, the pizza looks like a 5 year old slapped it together. Tonight they didn’t even bother to slice it. The other day, it was over cooked, hardly any toppings and grease puddles on top of pizza. Pizza is never warm, by the time it gets delivered. I went online to make a complaint and received a code for a discount, but the app will not accept the code. It says “technical difficulties.” So I called and was put on hold for 3 minutes. Went back online to make a complaint about most recent order and again, “technical difficulties.” I will not be doing business with this trifling place again. I do not recommend ordering from here. They put about as much effort into making pizzas as they do taking the trash out to the dumpster. The pizza also belongs in the dumpster and the people making the pizza should consider a job with waste management.
I bought 2 medium Pizzas for carry out. When I got home one of the pizzas had a long brown hair on it. I call and spoke to the manager about it he said the guy with the long brown hair I saw when I picked my food up had just gotten to work. And he did know how that could of happen. I told him it's not mine because I don't have hair and my family hair is not that texture. He said sorry, that was it and hung up the phone. You are better off buying frozen pizzas from a store these days. This is the last time I order from domino's 4/6/22. 6:30P.M.
The pastt year this Domino's has been impossible to order from. It happened again tonight I made an order got a call 40 minutes after the order had been made to tell me that the wait time would be 3 hours. When I asked if I could come pick up my pizza that was ordered 40 minutes ago I was told it was still a 2-hour wait because apparently everybody had switched their orders over to carry out. I know from past experience with Domino's that you can turn off the carry out orders online for that specific store. Seems like Domino's is screwing over heir employees or management just doesn't care. And it's immensely frustrating as a customer to wait for 40 minutes to an hour just to get a phone call telling you that order hasn't even been made nor will it be for hours.
I consider myself a patient and reasonable customer, especially during these times. Placed a delivery order (med pizza and bread twists) at 7:15 PM on a Wednesday (did not know this was a high demand day / time), quoted 56-66 minutes. Excessive but okay, places are still experiencing staffing issues, I get it. After 66 minutes tracker still showing order in ‘prep’ so called the store. Told it was still going to be at least another hour so asked if we could come get it but that would be 45 minutes since they haven’t even start to make our order yet. So waited 66 minutes only to have to cancel the order. There has got to be other issues going on at this location.

Constantly under staffed, single person or just two. However, every employee has been wonderful and amazing despite the challenges they face. Although, I have seen them at rare times, full staff in the last 3yr ordering from them. They do great at letting customers know when they don't have drivers or if waiting times will be long. I've seen first hand, walk ins with attitude and met with respect and "please understanding" that the employee was alone. And did great with quality of the food items and clean work area. I think the deserve more pay for the kindness/effort they put into their work. Whoever is hiring these employees are doing a great job. I almost see someone new every time, yet they are all so nice and accommodating.
I placed my order at 6:02pm and received an email that it was being prepared with an approximate delivery time of 80-90 minutes. I thought that was excessive, but waited anyway. After an hour and 30 minutes of nothing, I called the store and they said they could start preparing it now and if I did carry out instead, it would be ready in like 45 minutes but longer than that for delivery. I cancelled my order immediately, and will never order from this location again.
My pizza was exceptional it was fresh it was hot And it was delivered. Domino's pizza on George Washington highwayYou should be commended for Your service. It's improved beyond my expectations. HOT AND FRESH....INDEED..THANK YOU.
My order was brought out to my car before it showed ready on the tracker! Order was correct and hit out of the oven.
