Ordered Pizza from the App - App stated ready in 20-30 minutes , wait 25minutes App says order was completed except we don’t have our pizza. Try to call can’t get through because the phone automated system says my order was already completed. Finally call from another phone to be told another hour. Try to cancel and the manager was exceptionally rude and hung up on me. We order from Dominos a lot but with that kind of customer service we won’t be anymore!
I came in to order pizza for the family and wanted to try to get one for myself, even with my onion allergy. I ordered a pizza and specified my allergies and they were all fantastic! They cleaned the pizza cutters and other tools and told everyone to change gloves, do not put specific ingredients because it’s an allergy, etc. I’m honestly afraid of chain restaurants, especially ones that are typically busy (especially on Super Bowl Sunday), but they were so awesome! I will definitely be coming back!
I love the pizza. However customer service is horrible. Not sure why every time I order its always sarcastic over the phone. Today they closed at 5pm I asked why she said we are closed very sarcastically.....
Unsanitary: I am so disappointed and fearful at the same time. I ordered online on Christmas Eve and went to pick it up. When my friend and I got there, there was a woman agruing about something and a young man behind the counter told me my order would be ready in 6 minutes. No problem, we understood the delay. As we were standing there, my friend and I noticed NO ONE behind the counter or PREPARING THE FOOD were NEITHER WEARING A MASK NOR GLOVES. Not even the guys preparing the FOOD! We told the young man to cancel our order because no one was wearing protection and we were not going to let them give us COVID or someother disease. Isnt this a FDA code violation?? This was so unsanitary. It sickened us. I liked this location. I am so bummed and afraid to order from them anymore.
I didn't order anything from here, but the driver delivered to my house instead of neighbor's and got nasty with me. I called and spoke with the guy that identified himself as the manager. Although, he was cordial and I helped him with correcting the address, let the neighbors know they were remaking the pizzas, he never once apologized for the behavior of the driver or gave me a simple thank you for calling and trying to assist him. I got served A Bad Attitude and wouldn't give them a 1 if they had a Negative scale. Will contact Corporate...
First off, if I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been to this place on multiple occasions. One of the times the wait was almost double what I was told, my order was wrong and the employees were rude.This last time, I ordered two pizzas and some bread, the it took and hour to make, then sat in quality check for almost another hour. Called and said it would be another 40 min to deliver. Absolutely unacceptable to take over 2 hours to make and deliver.. Domino's has lost my business and I will no longer be using them.
I don't recommend this location. I understand a staff shortage, but I'm very big on customer service. I ordered a carside delivery within the posted hours and arrived by estimated pickup. According to the Dominos app, my order was boxed and ready to go. I followed all of the instructions for carside delivery, and I waited nearly 15 minutes. My order was never brought out to me. I had to go inside only for the cashier to seem clueless about my order. Eventually after walking in circles, she found my order. Please get organized, and don't offer something to clientele if the services aren't available. Make corrections in the app and post outside that carside delivery isn't available.
Actually was pretty impressed with the pizza ? I had, was fantastic ?! Haven't had Dominoes in a very long time. They've up their game lol. Plus this location has a great inside dine in, added awesomeness ❤
We keep trying to give them a chance but every time we order from this dominos it takes over 1.5 hours to get our food. Usually when I call at the 1 hour mark is when our order happens to be just going out, and then it takes another 30-45 minutes to get it 10 minutes down the road. Seriously ridiculous.
I placed an online order and followed the carside delivery instructions upon my arrival. When my order wasn't brought outside within 10 minutes, I checked the status online. My order was canceled. When I called to inquire, I was told I canceled my order. This was not true. When I went inside, I was told my order was canceled because I used a stolen credit card. I produced my debit card, my driver's license, and my online bank statement that showed the processed transaction. No one apologized. Someone handed me my order without saying a word. I grabbed the pizza, and the employee called me rude. I asked if I was supposed to be polite after they accused me (in front of other customers) of breaking the law & never offered an apology. The manager came up and said I should be polite, but he never apologized to me either. When I asked for the franchise owner's/district manager's contact information, I was told to call 1-800-DOMINOS. When I called, the automated system then directed me to contact the store. This is totally unacceptable especially since part of the order I was picking up was free because of an error with a previous order.
