Wow! been ordering there for weeks and the "general manager" who apparently was gone for a week spoke to me and alI I wanted was a small cup of chili along with my order and she was VERY RUDE, as if my request was "so absurd!" As the "general manager," please work on your customer service skills because the attitude was just so unnecessary! Guess I'll drive a few extra miles where my money will be appreciated and I'll be treated with respect. Smh!
Wonderful experience last night with my family. I want to say thank you to Zyon for his polite and professional demeanor taking our order. I enjoyed seeing an organization working together so efficiently. Lisa, who I believe is a manager has done a terrific job at uniting this team. Thank you again for our experience.

For 5 people the service was very quick. Employees where very Nice and Hospitable, I've been here previously even when slammed and always get Great Customer service.
As I'm ordering a roach crawls along the counter and I leaned on it unknowingly. Lifted my arm and it falls to the floor. I stomp it. The guy at the register is unphased (as were my kids). Still got the kids ice cream and 3 of 5 items were wrong. Blizzards were already melting Probably going to stick to Cold Stone for awhile.

Pumpkin time! Pumpkin blizzard was delicious! Wish they had soft pie pieces instead of the crunchy stuff though. Pumpkin cheesecake blizzard probably would be amazing! ??
I like bringing my kids here. It's always clean and friendly.
