Delicious and Fresh food VERY lovely decor. They can really do away with the FOH greeters (the two teen girls)...they in my opinion took away from what would have been a perfect experience. Hats off to the young lady at the register and also to the Extremely busy young man that was cleaning, getting to-go orders to the waiting customers etc...if it wasn't for him I would have had an longer wait....

I went to cutlass grill and I ordered oxtails. When the Young lady told me the price I said ok fine I told her the two sides I wanted. Well I was charged $29.. for this . Lots of rice and 3 very very very thin pieces of oxtail. And was told I only get 1 side FOR $29.00 and to add a vegetable I would have been charged $33.00. I was livid. You mean to tell me this is $29.00 worth of food. Hell no it ain't. This is so ridiculous they are definitely getting over on people. For that amount another side and drink needs to be included. I love supporting my people but sometime greed gets in the way of that. I'm very very disappointed and will never go back.

I use to come here every week for my self care day. I am not sure if they are trying to blend in instead of standing out the service use to be amazing when they first opened this location. It has gone down hill & I see someone new every week who is not as impressive as the person I don’t see anymore. The most recent time I’ve came in they added a service charge for lack of wait staff - & I’m trying to understand what this has to do with the customer? As a business owner, this is your responsibility to fill the spots. You will never see this at a high end dining experience unless it’s a group of 8- this is tacky! Seeing how this is not an upper echelon venue I am perplexed as to why this was implemented. I will not be back! & will gladly find a new restaurant that is loyal to the customers just as much as the customers are to the restaurant. & have the nerve to include a scripture at the bottom of the receipt while price gauging customers & providing a below average experience.

This was a very nice restaurant!! The staff were nice and our server was a sweet young lady that was very attentive! My food was out of this world good!?? We started with hot wings and they were delicious!! I got the curry chicken, great-tasting greens, and the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had at a restaurant!!!!! My daughter got the jerk chicken, and rice and beans with curry chicken gravy!! YUMMY ? ? We both got cabbage to go!! The whole menu sounded good, so we'll definitely be back!!!

Delicious food. Excellent service. We were greeted upon entering. Our server, Keri Ann was very knowledgeable about the food and shared a little info about the Jamaican culture. The owner stopped by the table to see if we needed anything. We tried the Ackee with dumplings. The ackee resembles scrambled eggs but tasted slightly sweet with vegetables. The dumplings are like little biscuits. The stew chicken was tender and flavorful. The Mac & cheese was good and cheesy. Fish tacos were fantastic - fresh and tasty. The beef patties were perfect with a flaky crust and slightly spicy filling. We will return to try other items.

I really hate to give bad reviews but I am totally in awe about how this got so many good reviews. Either they have never had real Jamaican food, or they must be family, friends or paid lol. It should be a crime to call this Jamaican food. Let's start with the appetizer..beef patties. They did not seem made fresh, they were average at best kinda grocery store ish. Jerk chicken?? Umm but with no jerk sauce and not made on a grill. My hubby came home and doctored it up. How do you have salty food with no flavor? I had oxtail that raised my BP but tasted terrible. Mac n cheese was from a box, I would bet my life on that. Cabbage was also salty as heck. $84 on 3 meals that were trash. Do yourself a favor, go get REAL Jamaican food from Jerrrk Time or Chef Neil. This place is trash.

Just don't use online ordering. Never works and end up making food after you waited and get to the restaurant.

Not the worst Jamaican food I’ve ever tried but definitely not the best. Food did not taste authentic at all. I had the oxtail with rice and peas (really kidney beans though). The food lacked seasoning and was quite bland. I’m used to eating Jamaican food and feeling like I’m on the right there on the island, unfortunately, this was not what I experienced when I ate this food. Sad to say, I was very disappointed.

Great food and atmosphere. I love Jamaican food and Cutlass Grille did not disappoint. However I do wish the patties were homemade and bigger in size. We really enjoyed the live band Abassadorzz and the Montego Bay decor. Portions are enough to satisfy. The staff was awesome, very pleasant. The revolving door as entry is a nice touch.

Very nice open and clean restaurant. Was attended to quickly and politely. Food was on point but i think the portions were small for price. Rum punch was delicious and fresh. Prices were high but i would come back to try other things on the menu.
