We went around 6:30 pm on a Wednesday and the staff were not keeping fresh food out!! Most of the food looked played over. The staff allowed numerous children (all under the age of 13) run around and serve themselves at the bar. I saw kids grabbing the utensils by the area that touches the food. I was so grossed out. If the staff at least kept fresh food out then my rating would be higher. We will not be returning…unless they prohibit young children from serving themselves unattended at the buffet. Do not eat here if you desire clean food service!!!
Food tastes like average Chinese buffet WITH SUSHI & MONGOLIAN GRILL!! Cleanliness isn't good but I didn't expect it to be. Mold growing on back door next to restrooms and barely anyone wearing gloves. I watched a man eat off his plate with his fingers while cruising the buffet and then grab the serving utensils on buffet. The whole place gave me a gross vibe. It is very big and good deals for lunch except on SUNDAYS!
Went there today with my daughter who is 15 & was on crutches floor was slippery my daughter fell never once did anyone that worked there offered to help get her up or ask if she was OK for that matter then to top it off the food sucked!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!
It's a pretty standard Asian buffet. There is a selection of sushi/sashimi, some Asian style dishes and some Western style dishes.It's definitely not the biggest I've been to, but I don't think that's a bad thing.They had a good selection of different steamed buns, which really impressed me.The sushi/sashimi bar was well stocked, and had pretty decent flavor.The staff was polite and attentive.Overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean, the food well stocked, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely somewhere I would go back to.
Food used to be a lot better. Most was only warm. Quality has definitely gone down. Also the service wasn't great. The Host couldn't even stop looking at her phone. We used to go here couple times a month,,,, not gonna be going back... unless I see new reviews saying they're back on track quality wise. Disappointing ?
I would not even give 1 star to this place - it is disgusting. I should have turned around when I notices the dank atmosphere and the feeling of ,my shoes sticking to the carpet, but I was hungry. First of all the food was not hot or even warm. The food over all was MEH!! But the worst was when I saw a HUGE roach crawling around the food area! I will never go to this place EVER and I do not recommend it either.
Went here for my birthday. Which is also Christmas Day. Food seemed old/cold. Pretty sure they reuse anything you leave on your plates too. They have signs about not wasting food up everywhere, so that's your first sign!Bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING!! The workers wear gloves but touch EVERYTHING not changing them at all. What good does that do exactly?? They also seat people extremely close together. No worries about covid I guess!Sure pray I don't get covid!
I was glad to find more than just Chinese take-out when most restaurants in Chesapeake were closed on Christmas Eve. This is a sit-down buffet specializing in seafood. The parking lot told me that half the town was eating here. The buffet had a lot of selection, even for the salad bar. The tables and chairs are worn and should be replaced. The wait staff was spread too thin, maybe because it was Christmas Eve, but friendly and helpful. Price was a little high, probably because their specialty is seafood. Overall food was good, which is the most important thing, but the place could use some work.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over 7 years, and I have slowly seen it decline. was there at lunch and I don’t know what happen to this restaurant. It use to be the best in the are, and now it’s the worst in every was possible. The food is dry like eating wood, and even the mashed pot was so dry you almost had to cut it with a knife. The only good food I found that was reasonably edible was the Ms& cheese, and cucumber salad. There bathrooms was dirty, cold no heat, and most of the toilet seats are broken so your butt surfing while trying to use the restroom. You can tell whoever owns this restaurant does not care about there customers or the quality of the food they serve. I would not recommend this red to anyone
