Good Place for variety shopping tourism and breakfast meal. I hope to have dinner there to compare.

Dinner was delicious and the waiter Jeff was the best that we have had in Cracker Barrel in a long time.

Horrible Customer Service. Called at 10AM to place a delivery order. I was told by the person over the phone to place the order online. Online service does not accept orders. I called back and was told by the Manager that it was nothing they could do and hung up on my phone call. Very poor service from this establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND their service. Lost a long time customer. Horrible management and to-go team.

Their menu is terrible now. They have removed most of their classic menu items and replaced them with (in my opinion) less desirable options. Furthermore, it is apparent that the man, the myth,, the LEGEND, Uncle Hersel has gone on home to glory. Yes ladies and gentleman Uncle Hersel is no longer with us, and nobody decided it was a good idea to inform me and mine so that I may have grieved properly, but I digest. They no longer have "healthier" options unless you want a tiny bowl of fruit. I once enjoyed this establishment, now unfortunately they have lost my business

Best blueberry pancakes ever! My grand daughter loves the old fashion candies. And the bacon is just right. Miss Em is a very picky bacon lover!

Came in. No hostess. She seated us at a filthy table. Food all over it. We moved to table beside. We never got waited on. The 4 families that came in after us, had their orders taken and drinks brought to the table. We left. Went next door to Waffle House. Cracker Barrel menu has been cut down to very little

Hostess look mad, sad, overwhelmed, over work and under pay, tired etc. Waitress rude also look like she was overwhelmed 0 patience for guests that have little knowledge about the menu. To top of everything she had a very visible runny nose that with sooo many COVID issues is very unpleasant to see. Not sure if I give the restaurant another chance maybe the shop area because they were very nice.

I had difficulty ordering online as when I went to change my location, it did not update immediately. Additionally when trying to add items to cart for pick up, the items kept dissapering. After several times of refreshing and reordering, it populated correctly. My original order request was for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called to let the associate know I was there. The response I received was "I'll get it to you when I can". After 10 minutes of waiting in my vehicle for curbside pickup per my orders request (and yes I timed it), no one came. I had to physically get out of NY vehicle and walk inside. When I arrived inside, there was only the hostess and associate at the checkout counter, no customers, and no indication that they were busy. When I went to the counter, I saw the associate just standing there and I informed her that I called 10 minutes ago for the curbside order and no one came. She asked for my name, I gave it to her, and she literally turned around, grabbed my food off a shelf and gave it to me. To see her just standing there and not doing anything also was adding "insult to injury". I was very upset and disappointed at the lack of customer service I received to the point where I could not enjoy my meal. Additionally, the meals I ordered were not prepared correctly, whether it was missing something I requested or not cooked right. Because of this experience, which for me is the "icing on the cake", I will not come here again, nor recommend it due to my extreme dissatisfaction and displeasure.

As crazy as it sounds, there was a time when I didn't think Cracker Barrel was for black folks. I was wrong. Very good food and atmosphere. Very diverse environment.

good home style cooking. definitely NOT fine dining or " romantic Atmosphere"
