Dirty establishment and terrible customer service. Placed an online order.... Said it would be ready in 15 mins.... After 40 mins had passed, I had been asked the name of the order 4 times by 2 different employees.... Watched customers come and go... Finally the last time I was asked for the name, the employee says "they can't find my ticket...."An adult should be chaperoning these children while they work and make sure they haven't consumed any cannabis cause these kids eyes were reder than the cherries on top.The floor was covered with bags, napkins, spoons,you name it. Someone probably claims workman's comp at least once a week.Essentially, I left without any ice cream....?My wife called to get a refund 3 times and was hung up on every time. Smh
Some of the staff at this place in Greenbriar is a but rude. The young asian girl just look right pass me and little daughter. To say who is next to the young lady behind me. I said I am next and been standing here, and she just hinched her shoylders to say like so what. MANAGEMENT needs to write her up and give her better training if you cafe about your customers. Thus just happen and it can be viewed on the camera security system if they care to investigate. I did not know if this was her being prejudice or not but was not appropriate.
Been waiting for over an half hour in line to get served. Then they decided to go on break. Only two workers behind the counter. Not the Cold Stone Creamery I am accustomed to. If not for the long wait, this place deserves more stars.
Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes, even if you placed an online order. Twice I have place an order for pick up and have had to wait 20-30min past the time my order was due. One person working the counter while others are doing who knows what in the back. Let it slide the first time thinking it was a fluke but twice in a row means I'll be looking elsewhere for a business with much better customer service.
Love the ice cream here and the service is top notch! Good food, fun environment and friendly staff. Can't ask for better than that! Still the best around!
This I high quality ice cream. I love the way they prepare it for you. So Many toppings to choose from. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything. Wonderful customer service. This was the Night Shift crew on a Friday night?
Ice cream was good, but the young man fixing the ice cream had an attitude.
I literally asked for a waffle cone. The young girl who made my icecream had an attitude and she gave me a waffle bowl.. not a CONE!
Ordered a pick up and they prioritize patrons in the store, the website let us know eta 20 mins and it took over 40 mins, i understand people are there but I ordered pick up to grab and go so they need at least one person working just pick ups I mean there was a line behind me of pick ups also not being completed.
