My nephew's 6th birthday party was done here. It couldn't have been a better experience.Everything was very clean, newer games in great condition (I'm partial to kung fu Panda!)Pizza was much better than I remember at other Chuck E Cheese locations.The employee's (especially the manager's) attitudes were extremely friendly, appreciated. Helped cut the cake, sung an danced with my nephew and was just overall pleasant. You could tell they really cared.
Extremely hospitable and more than accommodating. Nice upgrade from blk/wt pics to color. Staff here was great and most of all patient. Big plus in my book. My daughter loves it there so we made it our go party spot.
It wasn't busy, the games were fun, and the pizza was delicious!
I’m so happy that I can share a piece of my childhood with my daughter. This place brought so much joy to me as a chubby kid in South Carolina and it is now doing the same thing to my daughter. It’s her 2nd favorite place to be right behind the beach and playing in the sand. She loves ALL the games, toys, soda’s, and I can’t forget her favorite food pizza. The pizza is still as delicious as I remember when I was a kid ?. She always makes friends when she’s here and she begs for more time here even after we’ve been here for over two hours lol. $70 here will give you plenty of pizza, soda, and about 3 hours of unlimited fun for you and your little one.
First visit post pandemic and this branch (Peek Trail in Chesapeake) was definitely not ready to be open. We reserved a party and arrived 15 min early as directed. Only the manager was there, with the rest of the crew late. The manager let us in and the first thing we noticed was the stale ball pit/bowling shoe smell.Because the crew was late, they didn't start our event until 30 minutes after our 10am start time. That would have been fine or mildly inconvenient at worst if they had pushed our end time back to match our late start. While they did allow the kids' cards to keep going a full 2 hours, the servers came to our table just before noon and told us they needed us off the table to accommodate their noon reservation. Then they just started picking up our things and tossing them in a gift bag, mixing up various guests' drinks, toys, party favors, food, etc in one big mess. When I brought our frustrations to the manager's attention she gave a casual offer for something from the merch counter but that's all. No recognition that the team could have handled it better.Two minor points to close: 1. there was no Chuck for the birthday song/photos/dance stuff. While this was a plus for me, the kids were bummed. When I asked, the server just said that due to the pandemic there is no Chuck. 2. While the place was pretty clean, there was no soap in the men's room, which made me wonder about sanitation.All told, 1/10: would not recommend, will not be back to this branch.
The people were nice, but it's definitely not the Chuck E Cheese that I remember when I was a kid. Everything is super overpriced at this place. A pizza and 4 small drinks came up to 33 dollars. 120 tokens was 37 dollars. I understand covid took the idea of running around in the ball pin away, but have something for the kids to do if they run out of tokens. Like I said, this definitely isn't the place that I remember when I was a kid
Our first time doing a birthday party at chuckee cheese in the party room. We had over 50+ people and Chrissy and Amaya were just awesome! We all enjoyed ourselves didn’t feel rushed, overwhelmed, or stressed! I was able to sit, eat, and play a few games! I never get to do that at my kids birthday party! Food was also delicious! we had wings, pizza, fries, salad, and dip n dots. Thank you guys so much we definitely will be returning♥️!
My son had his 8th birthday party there and it was so great for him. I came with no decorations except the balloons and the manager provided me with everything else. He really enjoyed himself. And they have the all you can play now
