Restaurant is literally down the street from my job. Ordered from Door Dash and when it arrived, everything was cold. I ordered a salad bowl and got 5 pieces of lettuce (literally) and a handful of spinach (which I've never gotten in a Salad Bowl before). Salsa was not included that I asked for either. Was given a teaspoon full of vinaigrette, but the container was twice a large. Portion was way smaller than if I would've went into the restaurant. Was unable to get anyone on the phone because obviously they only have the automated thing to take orders. Horrible!!!!!

Today, I walked in and up to the counter to order. Two young ladies stood there talking to each other without once acknowledging me or offering to help me. It was so strange that I walked back the same way I came, to give them time to at least realize that they had a customer, and they both walked off as if I had interrupted their much needed conversation. After this, I was advised by another rep that they were only accepting online orders. Very much a waste of time and one of the rudest visits I have had anywhere in a while.

The food is good at Chipotle, a cut above most fast food... But they really need to fix their timing for online orders. Don't say the order will be ready at 7:10 and then it's not ready until 7:20...it's really annoying. Just quote an accurate time and try to beat it, rather than leaving folks waiting.

Worst experience ever. I ordered online, then showed up and waited another 30 mins to get my food. What’s the point of ordering online when it’s just easier to stand in line and order your food. The staff, just acted like I wasn’t standing there. Worst chipotle I’ve been to.

No, no, no, just no. This is the rudest staff! There was four or five people working the line when I came in and they said they were only excepting online orders at that time, so I ordered my burrito bowl online and sat there in the restaurant waiting. My app never alerted me that my meal was ready so I walked up to the counter and asked the person if they could check the orders that were waiting behind the counter, my order had been waiting there, the person put the bag on the counter and walked away without even looking at me. This is the second time I’ve been here in a month I had the same awful experience before with their customer service and was giving it another chance thinking that maybe they were just having an off day. Well once again I was never acknowledged except being told that I could not order my food there that I had to do it online, never told that my order was ready even though they knew that I was sitting there ordering it and I was the only person sitting there in the whole store, and then when I asked them to check to see if one of the orders on the shelf was mine they didn’t even acknowledge me at all not even looking at me and didn’t even say thank you or goodbye or anything. I will never come back to the store and I will make sure that everyone I talk to knows not to go to this location we have one on the next block and I’m going to tell them to go to that one instead . Chipotle you need to shut this location down and re-educate the staff on customer service!

Staff is consistently rude. Talking to each other while customers are trying to order, resulting in having to repeat requests MULTIPLE TIMES. For the second time in 2 weeks Guacamole is for “online orders only” — so I can go to my car & place an order but can’t order it standing there 2.5 hours before closing. Completely ridiculous!

Today was horrible received horrible and rude service first it was card only no cash after we had already stood in line that was at the entrance then I pay for my meals and I ask for my chips to go with the queso and the cashier saquoia caught a nasty attitude and states the chips are separate and I say ok and continues to say she didn’t hear me when I asked and she rolls her neck and walks away ! I hate coming to these Chesapeake locations always rude young kids. Will never go back

I sat in the drive through for over an hr. OVER 1 HOUR. I'm not talking slow service. We did NOT move for one hr. Again if it took long that's one thing. Who are they serving if no one is leaving with food??????

I went in here today and did a mobile order. no issues. they were busy and that’s fine. it was supposed to be done by 12:40. it was a little late but they were busy. when i opened my bowl it was done incorrectly. went in there and got it redone. staff was incredibly nice. i opened my bowl back up and found a leaf in my food. ? at least try to be sanitary

My first time and enjoyed it. Nice portions and great flavor.Staff was friendly and helpful.Drive a semi for a living and don't get to stop at places very often. Will keep you in mind for the next time
