Used to be my fav Chili's but not after today. Whew! Thought it would be a great choice for Mothers Day so I Placed a To Go order online. No one came outside. I figured they would be pretty busy so I went inside. Went inside and had to wait an hour. Got skipped several times by people who ordered after me. I tried to be understanding. I had to finally ask about my order. I was told my food had been made a long time ago, but I needed drinks made okay. They ran out of Sweet Tea & Strawberry Lemonade (2 of the drinks I ordered ofc). Had to still wait because forgot some of my order when I got my order. To top it off. Got the wrong soup. Was supposed to revive enchiladas soup and they gave me potatoe soup with chips. My one strawberry lemonade I did receive tasted like water. Everything just thrown together not good. What an experience?
Awful!!!! Have tried multiple times and got food poisoning the final time. Dirty, gross, service sucks, took almost an hour to get small kids food!!!! Never again!!!!
We we there for my daughter 11th birthday our waiter( can't even remember her name that's how much we saw her) was okay in the beginning but when another table came in she really forgot about us. We called her twice and was ignored. After awhile we didn't see her anymore until it was time to go. Someone bought us our carry out trays. We didn't get anymore drink. But we still left her a nice tip. Two stars because the food was good but the service could have been a little better. And nope it was not crowded
Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Two others and I arrived at 9:00 PM to get some margaritas and dinner. The hostess said it would be 15 minutes and that she wasn’t taking any more tables after us (they closed at 10, you can’t just stop taking tables an hour early). We got sat around 15 minutes later. Another 15 minutes later the hostess came back and said she wasn’t our server but she would take our drink order. We ordered our margs and she left. She came back another 10 minutes later and said they closed the bar early. The server finally came around, and they did not have any chips available for appetizer. After we ordered, we waited 30 minutes for our food. They brought out one of our food, and then our dessert (?) before our appetizer or entree. The server then told us that he didn’t even work there (????). Still waiting on my food as we speak.
I have ordered “curbside” service 5 times over the past 2 years and each time it gets more and more disappointing. Tonight was the last straw. I won’t be back. Our order was supposed to be ready by 7:43. My husband drove to pick it up and, after checking in and providing the parking space number, he waited over 20 minutes. Someone finally came out to ask his name. He gave it to the staff member and they went back inside without a word. He waited another 15 minutes and went inside himself only to find that our order was still being prepared. All told he waited over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.
I give this rating because I ordered curbside. When I arrived, I had to wait an hour for my order. Although wasn't too distraught, I didn't have that extra time to spend waiting on an order and the Salmon everyone was raving about wasn't good AT ALL. They were short staffed. I get it. All I ask if they could generate realistic times for curbside orders. It's curbside for a reason. I wasn't offered anything for my wait or given an apology. Had I know I was going to have to wait an hour, I could've ordered a drink. Please be realistic per staffing issues for pick up orders. Offer an apology or something for wasting customers time.
The wait was long which was to be expected on a Saturday night. They set us at table with no lights so we couldn't see the menu. We asked if they could adjust the lighting and were told no. After ten minutes of requesting either lights being adjusted or moving our table the finally did. We ordered our food and almost an hour later it arrived to the table. My fries were cold and my burger was burnt. As we were leaving we were informed that the cooks and management staff walked out. This contributed to my horrible experience.
DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered wings, received under cooked. I automatically felt like Gordon Ramsay and the person who cooked them should be sent home. Ordered 2 margaritas to go that wasn't available in store they still charged me for it. Never even edited the receipt. Had someone go pick up the order, called in mistake, which obviously wasn't a mistake and was theft...I mean selling something you KNOW you don't have!!! Welp son was food poisoned coupled with a virus been stuck in the house. #singlemom Send the same person back up there to pickup refund.... Well since I paid cash and didn't get a receipt they can only offer a gift card(I asked for one to Applebee's they couldn't accommodate), like I'm.eating there again....ever! So instead of making a call to said manager and simply asking him. They want me to run thru hoops. I hafta be the one to prove everything for something they could ask ANY employee on shift that night #soundingmallsclaimsish.u have cameras to verify pickup, you have the receipt order ticket. These next couple of days should be fun #sarcasm
Did a pickup order via DoorDash. Absolute CHAOS. Waiting at the To-Go section of the restaurant for over 40 minutes for my order (and still waiting at the time of this review) The staff is clearly overwhelmed and irritated. I plan to follow up if i ever get my food. More to come.UPDATE: Never got my food due to cooks walking out. What a time to be alive.
Not only the Chilis Kitchen prepared and send us the wrong order, when we called, they said that Doordash is responsible for the wrong order!!! What kind of chinanigangs is this? Since when Door SHSA makes our food, pack and prepare orders for us? Ridiculos service and food quality at Chili’s Taylor Rd in Chesapeake!
