15 minute wait for a table with a literally EMPTY restaurant. Like 3 tables out of the whole restaurant were seated. Asked the hostess for a high chair when I told her how many people but when we were finally seated at the table that was empty the whole time, the waiter was like "do you need a highchair?" Would ask for something and would have to wait like 15mins for each thing, drinks, silverware, etc. We were in there over 2 hours because the service was so slow. I don't know why I keep thinking that next time I come here it'll be different. I will not return to this Chili's. And looks like it was empty for a reason. Everyone else probably feels the same way. I hope they shut down so that way an actual nice restaurant can replace it.
We had heard how awful the Great Bridge location had become but wanted to form our own opinion. Unfortunately, the rumors were true. We were seated after a short wait however, we sat for almost 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. They were not very busy; this was almost 8pm on a Monday We were starving but made the decision to leave anyway. If we waited for that long without even a hello, how long would it take to be served? No thanks, we won't be back.
Food was great, but they screwed up our order in a couple ways. I asked for bacon on the side, got no bacon at all.The person I was dining with ordered the wings as did another family member. One family member got around 4 sticks of celery with their wings, the other only got 1 shriveled up piece and was upset.Had to ask multiple times to get water refills, silverware, and boxes. Waited about 25 min after paying for the boxes to arrive. Did not get silverware till after the food arrived, and sat without water for more then 10 min. Had to ask for those 3 things about 4 times before we got them because the waiter kept forgetting. The food itself was great tasting and hot, but the service was really lacking.
This was 2 months ago, but it was awesome! Clearly short staffed but our waitress was sweet and the food was fantastic. This was a lunch trip, off normal busy hours but it was a great experience!
My wife and I took our son to Chili's for lunch.Positives:. Waitress helped us rearrange our order so we saved about $5-10. It was not loud and not too busy, we only had to wait a couple minutes to get seated. The baked cookie dessert was good! Not so positive: Waitress took a 20-30 minute break without handing us off to another server. Only 1 of 3 meals were good. (Cajun pasta).Overall, slightly worse than the average chain dining experience.
Great place to eat. Always enjoy the food
I had the 3 chicken tacos. They were spicy, but lacked distinctive flavor. One person in our group left without ordering anything stating that everything on the menu was either fried or overly spicy. Service was slow, but that's common everywhere these days. In contrast, our server was very accommodating and had a great attitude. I may eat there again but but there are better chain restaurants.
The food at this location is always excellent and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes seating can be an odd issue. Half the tables were empty, but we watched three employees work on how to seat a family of four for about 15 - 20 minutes. We were then told the wait would be 1.5 to 2 hours (we sat at the bar instead) although the restaurant would never get more than 75% full (and this was not due to covid seating as most tables were sat beside each other with no empties in between). Don't let that deter you as the seating issues are rare, but occur enough to mention)
I just ordered from here for curbside and my food was cold. Everything was bland and my rice wasnt cooked thoroughly. Ive called many times with no answers. Ive gone here many times in the past and always been pleased. This one experience is enough to never go back.
Service was impeccable! We had a party of 8 as we were traveling through to our vacation destination. The Service was great and attentive. Our orders came out together and quickly. Definitely recommend!
