When my wife and I go to Chick-fil-a, we usually order a couple salads and an order of fires to share. My wife likes the market salad, but not the blue cheese it comes with, so we always ask them to substitute cheddar blend. This hasn’t been an issue at any Chick-fil-a location until this one. They’ve been happy to do that since they make the salad when you order anyway. Yesterday, they refused to switch the cheese saying they do not add anything to orders anymore. So our only option was to take the blue cheese off her salad. I’m just a little upset with this because aren’t they in the service industry? We aren’t asking for anything extra. As for the fries? Disappointing. The last few times the fries have been really old. This particular restaurant seems to have gone down hill since they renovated. Sad, because now we’ll have to find somewhere else for a quick lunch.
Stopped on the way to OBX from Virginia Beach, VA. Ordered on the App and requested curbside pickup.Order was ready and brought to the car in record time.The food was excellent.
Service with a smile, can’t even be mad when they forget my order cause they’re so damn polite.

Ever since they reopened the service has not been chock-fil-A standards. We have received burnt fries, tortilla strips missing twice, and just this morning I asked for just a biscuit with my bowl and instead I got a chicken biscuit. Also the salads have not been great, to much lettuce and hardly no egg, it was just thrown together. We were so excited when they reopened, and now we are disappointed and we have to check the bag before we leave. This never happened with the previous employees.
Since the remodel, the quality of the food has really gone downhill. I assume it is because of new staff, but it doesn’t take a professional to count 8 nuggets (I got 7 tiny nuggets for a tad over 4 bucks). On other visits, the chicken has been chewy or dry, to the point of not even edible. It wasn’t always this way, but they need to do better. Until then, I will go elsewhere.
Don't expect salt on your fries like ever. 50 50 on getting your nuggets done. Super friendly and fast tho. Just wish they would cook by the timers

Until recently, I have always loved this Chik Fil A. In fact it was my go-to place but since they have remodeled and reopened the wait times are terrible. The servers are still personable and polite and the food is as good as ever but even with a new multibay drive through and employees everywhere it takes forever to get your food. For instance the other day my son and I went there and while he waited in the drive through I went inside to order. I counted 11 employees behind the counter and it still took 10 minutes to get my simple no. 1 order. I came out and my son had still not ordered. I ate my entire meal while we sat in line another 12 minutes. Over 20 minutes just to order 2 meals. That's crazy and unsustainable.Also I am not sure why their remodeling included the failed McDonald's experience of crowding people waiting on their orders in a small space at the end of the counter in front of the door, the restroom access and the condiments. It's a nightmare now, imagine in the summer when they are packed. Obviously this is a poor design and was not well thought out. Needless to say the drive through is a hassle and takes way too long and going inside is a hassle and takes way too long. Sorry Chik Fil A, you had better figure this out quickly.
Good fast food. Even if long line they are quick.
