I went through the drive-through on the 19th for a chicken club meal and I had a $10 gift card the meal was $10.59 so I gave her the $10 gift card and handed her my card to pay for the $.59 and then she charged my account for the full price of the meal and the next day I went back because they gave me the wrong food and charged my card. and they would give me nothing because I threw away the receipt before I checked my bank account. 4 times in a row part of the order has been wrong.
Still good customer service, but I shouldn't have to ask the employees each time not to put the condiments directly over the fries. Even after asking, there have been occasions where it was ignored. This has been an ongoing problem for years. The food is not as good as it once was. The fries and chicken that was once hot n crispy, now at times are hard and greesy. It appears that they are not concerned about what they're giving the customer anymore. I have 25,359 points , so I consider myself a loyal customer, but Chic Fil-A you're disappointing me. ?
I love Chick-fil-A, but this was the worst meal my wife and I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. The chicken and fries tasted as if they were cooked several days ago. I will never go back to this Chick-fil-A again. I wish I could give it a 0 rating.
Food chain restaurant so the menu is always the same. But it's always busy, but the line will move so please be aware even though it looks long. They still have good service and serve fresh and hot!
There was nearly no parking for those who want to eat inside. All parking outside was for to go orders etc. And they were the slowest C fil a I've ever been too. The drive thru seemed to be fast though. Welcome to 2022 American Fast Food!
Who doesn't love chick fil a? The customer service is excellent, the staff is polite, "it would be my pleasure" to anything you ask for. On top of that, the food is always good! The staff comes to your table and always asks if you need anything like a normal restaurant. You can ask them for drink refills. No other fast food place does things like chick fil a. They are above standards in every category possible!
Waiting for a doordash lunch order and was kindly greeted by the the manager( I think) and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes since they were still serving breakfast. I was offer something for the wait. Most restaurants don't do that.This just made my day... Thanks Chick Fil A
I was very suprised(and glad) the drive thru long line to order went quickly. I received my food and was out in no time. Food was hot and very tasty. I will return again
Tonight is definitely not the first time this restaurant has forgotten part of of our order and usually we chalk it up to whatever and just drive back to get it fixed. However, during a "snow storm" is definitely the most important time to slow things down a touch and make sure that you're getting orders right (and includingeverything), especially if it's a special order item ~ as that *may* signify a dietary restriction. Now the rest of our food is cold while my husband goes back out in the snow to get the sandwich y'all left out of the mobile order.Fast service isn't really fast if it's wrong or items are missing. Is it really your pleasure when customers have to drive all the way back so you can correct your mistakes? Take those extra few seconds and double check, please!! ??
The dinning room is open at this location! It was very clean and the crew were all very nice. Really enjoyed getting to dine in!
