I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted I wanted here!* They didn't even blink when I requested fried nuggets rather than grilled strips, on my Marketplace Salad - and with the Avocado Ranch dressing, it was absolutely perfect!! Their freshly- brewed unsweetened tea with lemon tops off the meal beautifully ?*When I asked for the same on two different trips to the Eliz City CFA location, I was told they couldn't do that. Maybe I'm picky, but the rare times I dine out I'd like to get what I want to eat - otherwise, I'll just cook at home!
This drive thru tends to be a lot slower than the Greenbrier location but as I was waiting for my food, Caleb was working at the window. He was so polite, friendly and made great conversation!Great experience despite the wait because of him!
What I say about this location is the same about every Chick-fil-A!!! Though the lines at the drive thru are always packed, it's always worth the wait. It seems they have almost permanently switched to having a employee outside to take your order instead of the usual mic and speaker which is nice. Very professional and courteous as always.

Chik-fil-A has the most friendly people working there! The food is outstanding...and while the quality of the food is enough to keep us coming back, the friendliness and courtesy of the entire Team in the restaurant is above and beyond!!!
I want to start out by stating that I am a regular at this location and my intention was to have a quiet dine-in experience. I arrived inside this morning shortly before 11 a.m. I wasn't greeted by anyone. I was 1st in line and the individual in line behind me was greeted by name (I am assuming that he is an employee because a staff member came from behind the door to take his order ahead of mine. The supervisor (who was working the register) looked at me but never acknowledged me, then took a phone call which lasted several minutes. She then look at me and asked "Do you want to order something?" I simply replied no and left the establishment. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the level of attention and professionalism displayed and I am seriously rethinking my loyalty to the particular location.
Never had a complaint at this location. Usually really fast and friendly and I can get my sandwich well done unlike the one in PORTSMOUTH that have me undercooked food.
Great service and great food! I did drive thru with a mobile order and my order was accurate and the drive thru was fast even though it was busy and looked crazy.
This Chick Fil A is always on point. Never have to wait too long and food is always hot!!!! Lines constantly moving.. Love it here!!!
