Went through the drive thru for breakfast. I always order the chicken burrito meal which is really good. I love the fact that they are fast and efficient.
This visit the food was terrible. I got old soggy fries with a small chicken patty on an old bun. When they are friendly at the window it usually means they screwed up your order. Just an observation. During a previous visit the female cashier pretended to be deaf and couldn't hear my name no matter how many times I had to yell it into the speaker. Might as well write it down and hand it to her (if she can read). Never thought a one syllable name was that hard to understand. Always check your bag to make sure your side items are not missing. I now just make up names for every visit. Most visits are fairly good and I leave as a satisfied customer but the last few times sucked.
I never have a bad experience here but I got my fries with a side of hair today and customer service only said thanks for your feedback lol
I am a regular at this Chick-fil-A and I wouldn’t be if it wasn’t good. We have had some occasions where maybe the portions on a salad were off or the strips were smaller or maybe a little dry, but normally things are pretty good. They are always busy, but are pretty efficient with getting long lines through. Use mobile ordering! Orders never get messed up and makes things much faster going through drive thru. The food choices are healthier and better than almost any other local fast food restaurant here. I would recommend.
Food is always hot and they have their method down to a tee. Anthony is my favorite associate. He makes our visits fun and professional. We love this location
I have been to this chick fil a at least 5 times. And all my visits here i had to wait more than 20 min. 12/9/21, stopped in to get 2 peppermint shakes, waited over 20 minutes, then was given 2 runny milkshakes with no toppi gs ask for my money back. Very poor management. Will not eat at this one again.
As we pulled up we could notice the staff seemed very young and seemed to be play fighting and horsing around in the drive-thru. The wait was longer then average but seemed to keep moving. When we received our order it was missing our 2 kids meals, which I understand people get busy. We then left and after a couple minutes back on the road realized we didn't get any straws with our drinks, so I turned back around to do so. When I went in to get the straws the server at the counter was very rushed and didn't give me the chance for ask for the sauces they decided not to put in the bag as well before saying have a nice day and leaving the register. We then set back out on the road only to make it 3 miles away before I had to pull a hair from my mouth that was on my chicken sandwich causing me to throw up. After pulling to the side of the road and finishing throwing up. I called the chick fil a and spoke with the store manger. They were very understanding and refunded the order and assured me everyone in the kitchen was wearing their hair net. I'm glad that management is able to embody what chick fil a stands for but I still will never trust the sanitation of this kitchen again hands down nastiest thing that has ever happened to me at a fast food restaurant. At chick fil a of all places I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. Only gave 2 stars cause management was helpful if not would have been 0 if I could.
Chick fil a is by far the best fast food however this location has let me down more than once. 30 count nuggets and forgot the sauce? And twice my order was not fresh (cold)
Everyone knows that the chicken sandwich and customer service is beyond reproach. Just take a look at the drive through always busy.
Lunch stop at Chick-fil-A is always a treat. Warm, courteous greeting. Quick order processing. Excellent staff. Clean dining area and bathroom. One of my favorite stops when I travel Hwy 17.
