It's a good Chick-fil-A, so you already know what you're getting in terms of excellent service and food. They try very hard to get everyone serviced quickly, but the drive thru here gets absolutely slammed during peak times. I'd recommend mobile pickup or in person ordering to avoid the chaos and potentially long wait times.
Unfortunately, this one just hasn't ever been able to get it right with staffing in addition to food quality and wait times. They continue to hire unenthusiastic, annoyed teenagers and the adults that work there inspire no one - it's like they've just given up. Just drive the extra 5 minutes to battlefield because it's just an all around better experience.

Again, not a huge fan of fast food. Food is good, lines are sometimes long, but the servers are the best I've ever seen. That makes this my number 1 pick for fast food.
Love ordering pickup from this location. They always have it ready to go when I walk in. Food is cooked consistently and the order is usually never missing anything. Thanks for the great service!
Overall, Chick-fil-a is my favorite fast-food restaurant but this specific location has a lot of opportunities for improvement. Here's a quick summary of my experience: Scene 1: Friday night, 9:28 pm, drive thru. After trying to place an order for Chicken Strips with a side of Mac-N-Cheese, I was told we're out. The associate shared they did not thaw enough out, more on that later. Scene 2: I ordered what I thought would be the next best thing, Chick-fil-a nuggets ?. But to my surprise ? the nuggets were tough, hard, greasy, and they did not have the taste reminiscent of what I have grown to love. My taste buds were in shock and after a few bites, I quit the challenge! I recognize that everyone has their off days, so to be fair, I'll update this review after my next visit. To be continued.....
I have never complained about chick Fila. Their drive thru service is top notch and I think other fast food should emulate their process. However during this visit we received fries that were hot yet hard, felt as if stale fries were reheated. I will go again since this is my first and only disappointment but I hope management reads reviews so that this does not become a habit.
Terrible location. First, having 3 lanes does not increase productivity or the speed( and accuracy) of food being brought out to customers. Secondly, this location needs to hire people that know what they’re doing. I placed a mobile order through the drive thru “express lane”. It took them 10-15 min to bring out my food they only gave me a partial amount of my food with no intentions of giving me my complete order until I mentioned it. When they they gave me my milkshake it had no whip cream or cherries which I did not have a problem getting at any other location only this one. I ordered a chicken tortilla soup, I just got home and they gave me a chicken noddle soup which is NOT what I ordered. Also, they did not include the sauces listed on the mobile order which renders the app useless if you’re not going to follow what’s been put on there. I never have problems like this at any other location. From the day this location first opened I experienced problems and now coming back several months later I see this location still has problems. I will not return here. If you have time to waste and like getting your order wrong, feel free to come here.
First time ever waiting over 10 mins for food. Additionally they were pulling several vehicles over to wait for food. Never received my receipt. No fork for my mac and cheese, fries were over cooked. I would have returned it but I had a long day. Don’t want utilizes this store again.
The express lane is the best thing about this location. Download the app place an order for drive thru and scan the QR code when you arrive and you get to bypass the long drive thru line. I usually spend no more than 5-7 minutes waiting before I get my food and leave. The staff is hard working and very nice.
