This was my first visit to Chesapeake Pizza. Many people were getting orders to go. Their fining room is spacious but only a few people dined in.The crust on their pizza is my favorite of all of the pizza restaurants I have experienced. The toppings were good. The price wasn't bad either. I ordered their small pizza. I had two meals out of it.
My first time here. My husbae has dined here many times and many years ago. We placed an order to go. By time we arrived to our destination... the pizza was a bit chilled but cold pizza can be just fine if it's good pizza. This was good Pizza!Check them out.
We had Chesapeake Pizza 25 years ago and it was awesome. Recently when I realized that it was still in business we called and ordered pizza. I got to say it's still top notch!! Good job?
Pizza is really good! Can’t wait to try their subs! Service was excellent and prices aren’t to bad! Limited Beer selection but we will be eating here often!
This is by far my favorite pizza to go to. The quality of their pizza is on point each time I go there. I been a customer for 20+ years and will continue to be one. I always prefer to support small family own business over the chains stores. If you want great pizza each time you order this is that place. From feeling like a part of the family to great food to great customer service. Support this family run business and I'm positive that you won't regret it at all.
The pizza is so delicious. Crispy crust on the bottom, a generous amount of toppings, and the perfect amount of cheese. While the pizza is the best you'll find around here, the real pleasure is the service. Everyone here is friendly and the place is run exceptionally well. Although it's a 30 minute drive for me, this is my new pizza place!
This was our first visit to Chesapeake Pizza and it was really good! The service was very friendly. The food was hot and delicious! Nice sauce to topping ratio and just the slightest bit of crunch to the perfect thickness of crust. We will definitely be visiting again ?
I really wanted to love a local, non-chain. It was fine, everything was fresh, the server was attentive. The pizza was better than what you would expect from a national brand, but not by much. No specific complaints, just hoping for a little more
Always a great place for pizza. Been coming here for close to 40 years, & as a child it would be a couple times a week. Staff is friendly and some of my best experiences were when the owner, or his family would visit the table to make sure things are great & have friendly conversations with all customers, especially the regulars. Love this family owned business.If in Elizabeth City area, Vans Pizza is very similar & I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same family or at the very least, same recipe for the dough & ingredients.
