AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAST AND DELICIOUS. I work in the mall and I am a regular . One day I forgot to ask for ketchup but literally right before I went to ask them for ketchup the employee was standing there with packets of ketchup in his hand waiting for me to get them. They are very kind people and I love getting my food from them!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

First time here - it was okay. I wasn't super impressed. There wasn't a lot of flavor.
Today was my second time ordering from Charley's. The first time I ordered a steak sandwich with peppers, onions and mushrooms. There were no mushrooms and they skimped on the peppers and onions. Gave them a 2nd chance and ordered the pepperoni steak sandwich and jalapeño fries. OMG it was soo good! Made me glad I tried them again. As long as they make the sandwich correctly and don't skimp on the toppings they get 5 stars.
I asked for a chicken California. I ended up getting a salad. I told them that’s not what I wanted but not a single person there speaks English. One would assume Spanish would be spoken, but none of their employees understood me in Spanish either. It’s almost as if once Covid became a thing most places operate at McDonald’s level of service.
The manager is very nice and establishment is very clean! I hope you guys stay open after the pandemic!
Less than 2hrs ago I ordered and got home. Took my first bite of my sub only to end up with small pieces of metal in my mouth. Called the store numerous times and can't get anyone one the phone.
Not really a big fan of it. Meat doesn't seem to be seasoned enough. The largest sandwich they got wasn't large enough for my appetite. I think jersey mikes subs is better.
Charleys Philly Steaks were good for a quick lunch at Greenbrier Mall. On the run need some good food fast? Charleys had a very good turkey Cheddar Melt and A Philly Cheese Steak.
The staff is fantastic and work so quickly to get everything done. I never have to wait that long even if the line is really long. I frequent this location 2-3 times a week because it’s one of the only good places left in the mall to eat.
