Got right in and seated on a Saturday evening at 6pm. I ordered 10 oz. Sirloin (Medium+). It was cooked with the coloring I like however it was tough to cut thru, as if it was well done, but it wasn't. Food was good. Waitress was good. Tipped well. My only suggestion woukd be, always bring your famous bread out with the drink orders! Never wait until appetizers come out.
I'm still thinking about the lovely lunch my friend and I enjoyed this afternoon at Carrabba's. Our server Tonya welcomed us as though we were old friends. Applause to Lead Cook Rubin! His grilled salmon brought me back to Scotland, the mashed potatoes to my dear Grandmother, the lentil soup....well new delicious memories. The portions were generous and I must admit that I devoured the salmon and mashed potatoes that I insisted I simply could not finish the minute I returned home. Hats off to Constantine Thermenos!!!
The food and wait staff was excellent! We were seated as soon as we got there and was served our drinks as soon as we ordered them. The food came not long after we ordered it as well. Was offered an appetizer and what we didn't understand on rbe menu was exained to us in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Worst Service, We went to the Battlefield Blvd location on Thrusday 6/2/22 at 7pm. We were seated promptly, while we sat in the booth for 15 mins with out be acknowledged, drink order or just even looked at. Wait staff walked by us as the served and spoke to the other tables?? The restaurant was about half full that night, and had staffing. We thought it best to leave and eat elsewhere since Carrabba’s closes at 11pm and the chances of getting food by then was slim!Oh BTW, I did respond to the contact us Form, you have not responded!!
Had the most amazing experience due to our wonderful waitress Taylor! SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She made our dinner special. Taylor was attentive, kind and was so helpful! We absolutely loved her and will definitely be back!
We were dinning in for an early mother’s day, when the sweetest lady came to our table and offered us cheese! We got to talking and we come to find out she just started working and was training! Her name was Tyree and she was the loveliest lady! So happy she is working here. A service manager named, Jake, also came around to our table and he was so kind and nice to us. 10/10 experience. definitely will be back!! (and order the cesar salad!!!! i’m a cesar salad enthusiast and that was one of, if not the best, cesar salad i’ve ever had)
Nice change of pace from Olive Garden. I Ike Olive Garden Salads better though. Olive Garden give a Large bowl of salad and breadsticks. Carraba's food and selections are great.
This is the first time ever eating here . We ordered take out for dinner on 4/18/2022This food was better than Olive garden. If there were more stars I would give you more.
If I could give one million stars to Kasey at Carraba’s Italian Grill I most certainly would !!!!! Kasey Is literally one of the best waiters I've ever had !!!!. Kasey goes out of her way to make sure that all your questions are answered , she works with you to retort all of your health concerns , he wants to make sure that you are comfortable and on the same page , and she made the experience more welcoming . On 04/13/2022 I have a severe allergic, and Kasey very professional and took care of the matter right away . Not only that , but Kasey checked on me to see how was feeling and doing . I was so touched and would highly recommend Kasey as a waitress at Carraba’s Italian Grill . If Kasey is at Carraba’s Italian Grill please please take her as a waitress . The appetizers and dinner was great. The wait staff was excellent. Setting was nice. Outdoor seating nice. They have happy hour drinks. Steak was cooked perfectly. Setting was nice. The homemade bread with olive oil was nice. Wish the price was lower but everything now is so expensive.
