Great food and very filling. Staff was very polite.
Food was fresh and hot. Update 2022, this remains a go to restaurant for me and I visit often. The dining room is now open. Food is still great and the employees are really good and very polite.
The last few times we have visited this location the service has been poor. After asking for condiments, none were placed in the bag. Will definitely look for another restaurant.
Spent over 60 to get home and containers opened food all in the bag. Lastly the sauce where only a 1/4 full!!
Went to the western branch location. Will not be returning to this location. Cashier rang our order up wrong, over charged me. Then while you do get filled up, the food was far from hot, then had to ask for other items. Ill spend the extra in gas to go to Battlefield area.
Very slow during the lunch rush. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before my order was taken. I was told at the box that they were out of Tartar at the moment but he would make a cup for me. When I got to the window. I was told they were out of tarter again. I would not have placed the order if I knew I wouldn’t be getting tarter sauce. I also had to go inside to get the hot sauce that I requested and did not receive.
Need to lighten the color of the interior of the restaurant. It's too dark. Doesn't give you that warm feeling. That you get at some of the restaurants.
Food not hot.Ordered Supreme sampler.Thought it would be all fish and shrimp.Had Chicken . Did order chicken.Was told by manager that is what comes with sampler.No I am sorry or anything.Will not go back.
Good but portions are getting slim.
It's unfortunate that this is one of my wife's favorite restaurants. My visit today was an unpleasant one. It is all because of condiments. My wife and I cannot enjoy seafood without condiments. All I got was ketchup for our fries and not enough of that. I asked the person who took my order at the drive through speaker. I mentioned it TWICE during giving my order. He did not confirm either time. He pretty much ignored me.. Then I get to the window to pay and am told that they don't take wireless payments. Captain D's is a national fast food chain. It is very sad that they are not up to speed in this "soon to be tender-free" society that we live in. I am inclined to believe that Captain D's is up to speed and this particular Location [3313 Western Brand Blvd. Chesapeake, VA 23321] either lack the ability to train or have no desire to. Oh yeah, the cashier [Jamaal] confirmed that my condiments were in the bag. He flat out lied to me. I had nothing when I got home. I felt like Joe Pesci when he played Leo Getz in that Lethal Weapon movie.
