Food was disgusting .bad customer service.had to wait 20 minutes before some responded to the drive thru.i really enjoy Burger King at other locations but this one sucks .after I got my food home the fries were old and mushy the sandwhich was messy thrown together cold with tough meat ,what was supposed to be chicken nuggets were a burnt nugget and two hard jalapeno bites which I cant eat spicy or hot foods due to allergies what a waste of my time and hard earned $5.50 and the soda was bubbly water they really must have had a bad night because they made whoever owns this store look careless and trashy
They forgot to give me barbecue sauce and straws for my drinks. Order was wrong when I got home. Minimal drink Selection.
Don't waste your time unless you want to witness the epitome of ghetto mannerisms. No professionalism exists at this establishment all the way up to the manager. BEWARE!!!

I came through on Monday and the girl at the window was so nice and professional she made my day that's the only reason I'm giving this a five star the girl had red hair y'all should make her manager I bet things would turn around
Seen a employee go from cleaning tables to poking gloveless fingers into the small fry paper sleeves. Only one employee had gloves on. But hey you decide if that's acceptable during these times.

I hate that this is the closest fast food place to my house. Every time I've gone it's either been horrible service, slow wait times, and finally I'm being told that they just don't have items. It has turned into a last resort to get a meal but it looks like I'm just going to do the extra drive to go anywhere else.
Maybe im crazy, but is it too much to ask to have coffee in the morning..THATS IT!!! They never have coffee and are always out of items on the menu. What is the ppint of opening at 6 am if youre not going to be ready to serve. Customer service is not the best. I have better customer service in the afternoon if i happen to come, but the morning...yea, no. The lady in the morning was so rude!!!
Based off many of the previous reviews maybe things are making a turn around here. I passed through here via the drive-through Sunday evening around 6pm and was able to order right away.Staff was friendly on the speaker box, and at both windows as I paid and picked up my order. My order was also correct, Whopper combo (with no onions) and an extra cheeseburger for the dog.Zero complaints. The whole experience took about 10 minutes and I was back on the road headed home. It was actually kinda perfect.
