Husband and I decided to stop in for an early dinner; we actually acknowledged before going that the BWWs chain as a whole has gone down hill but we were hungry and ok with dealing with mediocre wings. What we got weren’t even mediocre… the boneless wings were barely warm and insanely dry as though they were left over under a heat lamp from the lunch “rush”. They were bad enough I actually complained, only the 2nd time ever in any restaurant, and they were taken off the bill. The service was good and fried pickles were good(fresh) but they give you about 1/2 as many as they used to. Needless to say, we won’t be back to BWWs.
There is ALWAYS something missing from the order. I wouldn't even bother processing a refund because it never happens. Today was just the final straw. Our order included a BASKET (large) Wedges and Chips and Dip Trio. The photos are before we even had a bite of any of our food.
In general I like BWW as a chain, but sadly this location continues to let me down. The front of the house staff are great and really friendly but the food quality is juts not there.My most recent visit got me fries and wings that had clearly sat too long. The chicken wings were overcooked and stale and the fries just had that old texture to them.The service was great though. Just wish they could sort out the back of the house issues.I'll be finding a different wings place close by.
The food was good, but we waited about 15 minutes to be seated. We were one of 2 customers. Our table wasn't checked on very much.

First things first- we were actually greeted when we walked in, followed by a ?. The food was hit, the adult beverages were cold, sports shows were in variety. Server checked on us throughout the visit. Bathrooms were super clean ?. We will definitely be back. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings Edinburgh area, Chesapeake Va.
Not the best BWW. First time trying this location and all of my husband’s food looked great, but my salad was gross. I won’t send food back, so I just ate the chicken out of mine but the lettuce looked disgusting and the tomatoes were so old looking, they were almost clear. I still can’t believe the waitress actually served me that salad and didn’t think anything of it. I have worked in restaurants and I would have been embarrassed to serve that salad to someone. Lol. Not her fault but still, I would not have expected someone to eat that. Not going back to this location again. I’d rather go to the crowded one in Greenbriar and get a decent salad.
Was very disappointed at this location. We enjoyed our pitcher of beer and our pretzel appetizer but I had ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese and I asked for mild sauce but it was Texas Pete! I asked the server for something mild and she came out with the same again! Didn’t even give me another plate of Mac and cheese and really didn’t seem interested in making it right. I’ve been to othe ones and they are much better.

We ordered a simple Monday lunch hour pickup order and it was delayed despite not being busy due to this location being understaffed. The main food order was to be expected, nothing bad but nothing special. But, they sent us on our way with some bad cellery.
