Sure they were very short staff (just like everyone else), however just communicate with us. Oh, and to the - um -people who dined and dashed on 06/20/2022, you left your credit card, it was ran/went through, and B-Dubs knows who you are. Talk about karma
The last few times my family and I have gone to this Buffalo Wild Wings, they only have the bar side open. And a couple of those times they were only doing certain foods on the menu. And to top it off, the servers seem to have attitudes.
I asked 3 times for street tacos with beef and still got chicken so I could be charged more. I said I wanted beef. Waiters response was don't worry its just $3 more. Well this is the 4th time this has happened. Not to mention I don't like them.Plenty of other places to go that actually bring you the food you ask for. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
A clean BWW with excellent service. I went when slightly busy and they still made sure I was taken care of in the bar area. Given a five stars based on other BWW experiences. Will visit again if I am on the area.Food ordered: Nachos, wings and fries. All cooked perfectly.Drinks ordered: Jack and Coke, Moscow Mule, and domestic beer. All served well and tasted good.
Service was horrible and slow
This restaurant really needs to get it together. I ordered boneless wings and fries and the Double All-American cheeseburger and tater tots. The wings didn’t have hardly any sauce on them. The burger was dry and the fries and tater tots were greasy like they hadn’t been drain well. The staff all seem to be all over the place like they had no guidance by a manager. As I waited for my food I watch the staff in the kitchen they all were crowed up trying to make food and bag food. The front end ladies were standing there trying to figure out where the to go orders were. Why are they in the kitchen? They should be upfront not in the back by all the food. They are touching on money and cleaning up in the lobby they shouldn’t be allowed in the kitchen. Cross contamination at its finest. NO ORGANIZATION OR GUIDANCE AT ALL. Where is the manager? Who is in charge? Nasty I will not be eating here again.
I went the night before and my server told us that she would get to us as soon as possible. The place was far from full but her tone suggested that she was in no hurry to serve us. We waited 15-20 minutes and no drinks or additional contact so we left. Went back the next day and we were greeted and served right away but the wings we received were rock hard. The waitress brought out a few replacements which were better but far fewer than what we ordered. I know, covid is wreaking havoc on businesses and I should cook at home instead of complaining but for those of us who choose to go out, there is still such a thing as good food and good service. I will wait 6 months before returning in hopes that staffing issues are resolved. No complaints about the server the 2nd day.
Legitimately mediocre…the food was underwhelming. Especially for not having it for 3 years and wanting just this. We saw our waiter maybe 4 times, and one of those times the “cooks lost our order” which may be fair but if that’s the case I’m bordering annoying and hospitable. When we got our food it wasn’t complete, and showed up on the bill (easily fixed). There were other complaints, but what more to add than just to sum it up as underwhelming.
I don’t understand how there can be 4 out of 20+ tables taken and it’s still a 20-30 minute wait. We were the only ones in the restaurant waiting and the host had the most rude attitude. Every employee working that I saw was moving like sloths. After 10 minutes of waiting for seemingly no reason we left. A table that was seated before us still had no server get to their table and if I’m going to spend money on going out, I’d rather give that money to a place that cares about their customers and have staff that are competent. What a disappointment.
We come here for the Superbowl and they told us they weren't taking any orders because they were back up with online orders. They were turning people away at the door. Then we asked to speak to the manager and he agreed to let us stay but told us it will be awhile before we could get anything to eat. Emanuel the manager did apologize and when we ordered our drinks they were out of most of the drinks on the list of the menu. Our waitress was wonderful and she did a outstanding job. Her name is Shy!!!
