Went to this place on my birthday.Didnt know it has a lot of space. I order the wings for the crew the ranch tastes cheap. The boss man gave me a free shot on the house for my bday. Wasn't too many people there I went late in the evening on Monday so it was cool. Don't know what the food tastes like so I have to try something else next time.
I don't even want to get this place one star....A group of us went on a Saturday night. They were not busy at all. The waitress was attentive at first and as the night progressed we had to seek her out. Went to the bar to ask for service to our table and the bar tender was rude, abrasive, and just not nice at all. The food that came to the table was cold. The tuna bites were disgusting. I have never been a fan of this place, but figured we would check out the band. Believe it or not, they were horrible as well. I guess they will let anybody play and try to sing up there. I do not usually write reviews but our Saturday night out was not a very good time. Will definitely suggest next time we go out to stay clear of Big Woodys and go to another place where they welcome their guest, serve decent HOT food, and have better service. Plain awful experience.
it's a nice community bar with good prices and drinks and food specials plenty of tvs 2 pool tables corn hole arcade games live band music lotta space
Dont choose Big Woody's as a late night destination. They will inadvertently change their closing time based upon how busy they are, allow you to order drinks 4 minutes prior to close, and then come around to forcibly remove unfinished drinks from your table. Poorly managed and I think the fat security guard drinks your leftovers after you leave. Won't return.
Good and drunks weren't great but service was pretty good. I liked the fries.
They put customers at risk recently found out and employee has Covid 19 and still refuse to close and get everyone tested.
I go to Woody's 3 to 4 times a week and love it every time period It's a great place to relax and unwind after work they've always got some live music or the games on TV the staff is amazing it's just an all around wonderful place especially in the summer time when you can sit outside. I love the big Woody Burger But the rest of their food is just as good they have excellent fries it's a high quality meal big portions for a very reasonable price. Usually I have a Burger fries and a few beers and spend about $20.
Good food, beer selection can be improved, place feels kind is an old bowling atmosphere, there is not bowling, but the light and background music seems like that.
Not a bad placed. Appetizers were wonderful. The wings (which is why I went) were bland and not spicy at all!!! They literally all tasted the same. Service was slow but the waitress was nice as well as the helper servers. I would recommend it if you are going to chill, have a couple beers and aren't very hungry. I would go back again for the she crab soup alone but it won't be my first choice.
Love. Love. Love.Try the crab dip. I did twice. I guess first impressions are lasting. The service was great. The food was even better. Along with the crab dip, I ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was so good I came home to try to mimic it.
