Not open in accordance with posted hours or even with the hours they recently updated in Google.
Worst experience I have ever had!! Michael would not listen when we ordered so already off to a bad start. I ordered a smoked vanilla cold brew and what I received was anything but. It was a cold brew with french vanilla and it had milk in it. I went in to try and explain how it was wrong and he started arguing with me telling me what I ordered and I kept telling him it was not correct but he would not stop arguing. Finally one of the other employees said they would remake it and they were obviously very dissatisfied with his attitude. They apologized for his actions and actually made a really good coffee.
Hours are not up to date. Says they close at 10pm but they closed 2hrs earlier.
This is bad.They say they are open till 10 but we went and they close at 8:00 like in the summer really.And change there time online.And they had there open sign was open.So I called and they were so rude they need to make some changes….

I went to pickup a $70! Icecream cake from this location on February 7 at 5:30pm. We stood inside the store for 10 mins without being acknowledged. We thought that they must be short staffed and over worked so we didn't make a fuss about it. When we saw the cake, the birthday message was all messed up so we asked politely if anything can be done about it. We were told that decorators left for the day and we can BUY!!! a birthday candle if we want. No apology nothing. Then we got some icecream and the girl on the register first gave us the wrong flavor and then she said we can have it for free and then never gave us the right flavor. SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK so we decided to just leave at that point. Please whoever owns this store needs to manage it better. Hire more staff, train them, treat them right so they won't project that bad behavior on costumers who are just trying to spend their hard earned money on their children's birthday cake.
My wife and 6 year old went there as a treat for him. They waited over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then an employee finally returned from break and didn’t even bother to wash her hands. We are in the middle of a pandemic here! My wife said something and was told, “you don’t have to shop here”. That’s good, because we won’t be ever again.
This location is terrible. We have given them multiple opportunities, thinking, "well maybe (insert any scenario to give them the benefit of the doubt)," but they are constantly missing ingredients, the drive thru mic/receiver is terrible and cuts in and out, the drive thru sign doesn't light up, they take forever to clear the drive thru, the employees do not know what the ingredients are in their sundaes...Save yourself the trip.
Very very slow was in line for 30 min and it was not very busy
