I have been eating at Arby's restaurants for decades, this was the WORST experience in my lifetime. I took my two young children there yesterday to simply get two kids meals and a couple milkshakes. First issue was having to stand in line for 12 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. Second issue was horrible attitude from anyone behind the counter, which was minimal staff. Third issue was they did not have the mint shake they advertised... only vanilla, they did not have curly fries, I ordered differently than what I actually got as far as food for the kids, then I waited 10 more minutes on the macaroni and cheese when one worker in a hurry to leave said "we ain't got that stuff." The chicken nuggets were absolutely horrible, we could not get cups for water, they had no napkins, no forks, the tables were filthy, and the ketchup dispenser had a disgusting gob of Goo hanging out of it. I actually believe the health department needs to visit this location. Also, we were the only ones dining in, I understand why now. This location is the nearest to where I live but I will never return to this disgusting location.?
Extremely slow service. Waited in line at the drive thru with only about 4 cars ahead of us for about 30 min. They kept screwing up and forgetting what we ordered
What a horrible experience. Went to the drive through today and they were extremely slow. Once we got to the window the staff were complaining to each other about how they didn’t wanna work certain shifts. The.n one staff member who was getting off shift had a cigarette in her hand as she was getting a drink for the road, although it was not lit, it still should not have been inside where food is prepared. Then as we pulled ahead we realized they forgot our auju sauce. I pulled around to try and go inside and get it, of course lobby was locked. 6 cars in the drive through so not going back around. Arrived home to find the coke and Diet Coke were flat. Horrible food and service.
Food order was not fresh. Arby did reimburse payment. So five star because I really like arbys.ive only had one bad experience in all these years ill. still eat here.
I used to love Arby’s. Over the past 2years it’s gotten bad. Last night is the last visit I will make to Arbys. Ordered 3 double roast beef, 1 curly fry, 1 jalapeño bite. The sandwiches weren’t edible. The roast beef was dry, the buns were wet, no Arbus sauce, no horse radish. Fries were not the curly fries. Jalapeño bites were not hot. $26 later nothing edible. If this is what Arbys standard of excellence then I’m done. Been a customer for 40 years. I remember RAX Roast Beef then it was Arbys. Too bad. I’ve seen businesses go under for less. Selling inedible foot, there is a law against that. Only if enough people complain.
I've been to location twice. The first time they didn't apply my coupon, unfortunately I didn't notice until I was almost home. I certainly wasn't going back. The last time there I ordered the shake again; they are not consistently made. ?
Got the 2 for 6 class roast beef n large sweet n I have to say. Not to many times do you get a sandwich which looks like the commercials. A++
Walked in at 7:08pm on a Sunday night (December 26th) and got yelled at. They said only drive thru was open. So I went to the drive thru and no one answered me. I drove to the first window and there was a person standing there. They didn't open the window so I just asked if they were open and they just shook their head "no." Not sure why they didn't just say that when I walked into the dining room or why the doors were unlocked, lights on, chairs down, if they were closed? Seemed very weird and unprofessional.
It took over 20 minutes of waiting in line to even order, and I was the fifth car in line. As I pulled up to the window I found out that it wasn't the cars in front of me causing the delay, it was the lack of employees. That would have been acceptable if the location allowed people to order inside, which could mean that they were busy inside. But when all you have is drive thru, what's taking so long between each car?
They are rude ,and disrespectful people to the customers at the dive thru and I use to enjoy there food not no more!!!I reported this to headquarters did they do anything hell no so they can f... Themsleves and believe me every one will know about how crappie your service and businesses is....have a great day!!!
