This is such a beautiful quaint place. Kinda like a hidden treasure. Doesn't look that great from outside, but very warm and welcoming inside. We do go atleast once a month and never had bad food or poor service.Also great menu selections. However, no alcohol drinks just in case your looking for that cocktail.
$15 I’m very disappointed I spent ? the onions in the salad tasted HORRIBLE & I love onions..I had Chicken Parmesan, it wasn’t good….at all. Spaghetti sauce instead of marinara, and it just wasn’t good…first time eating there and I would not eat there again. And if you order take out and want to eat it on your break or whatever, make sure you ask for utensils cause I didn’t have one fork in my bag…hopefully my daughter eats this food cause if not it will be $15 in the trash, very upset
From the minute we entered to when we left the wait staff were friendly and attentive. One of us had a regular diet the other a vegan diet. Although there wasn't a vegan choice on the menu our server helped by pointing out ingredients to satisfy a vegan diet. Everything was delicious down to coffee. The portions were more than adequate requiring a take home box, a good value. On every occasion that we eat out when we return to our car we take a vote, would we go back, yes or no. This was a BIG YES!
Always good food at reasonable prices. They have a large menu rangeing from fish and seafood to pasta and steaks and more. Traditional "meat and potatoes" food that we eat on a regular basis. Most recently we enjoyed fried rockfish and a broiled seafood platter. All good but the crab cake could have had more crab and a little less bread. This could be because of the present scarcity of crab meat in this area.
No frills, just good food at a good price. Found this place wile traveling from VA to NC. Have returned several times since. You can't beat it!! The staff is always friendly and accommodating wish we had one closer to where we live. ??
Had a great dining experience today. We got the Baked Spaghetti ? and a salad ?. The service was excellent ?, the waitress took care of us and made sure we had plenty to drink. I was impressed with the big selection on the menu. We will be back to try some of the other dishes they have to offer. A very nice hole in the wall restaurant.
Our server was very sweet. Good home cooking. The 4 of us enjoyed it.
