Absolute trash!!! Ready to pull off... missing HALF my order... when my husband proceeds to ask where is my food, the cashier and the cook cussed him out immediately!! After cussing him out then offered to actually MAKE the order. I think NOT. When he asked for his money back magically there was no trace of said transaction ??♀️??♀️she had pocketed our $$$$. Never eating here again DO NOT RECOMMEND
This business should close down. It’s an absolute nightmare. They are always short staffed and frequently close early without notice - even if they still owe you your order. They’ve had so much turnover recently that they don’t have a single employee who knows how to process refunds, so if there’s a mistake with your order, you have the write your name on a piece of paper and wait for the owner to “get back to you”. I can’t wait to see this location flipped in six months. No one should have to work for this terrible franchise.
Went to wing zone last night for dinner thinking the wings would be covered in the honey BBQ sauce amd all they gave us was chicken tenders with the honey BBQ sauce to dip in. Asked for blue cheese and we got ranch instead. There was a couple that ordered before us and we got our food before they did so lord only knows how long they had to wait for their food. We waited for almost 45 mins to get our food and there were 4-6 employees working that evening with a long wait time. Not recommended. Google should have a negative start sign.
Well, i got a chicken wrap. It was delicious but wayyyyyyy too saucy. If I was a huge fan of Buffalo sauce I would have been in heaven, but I couldn’t taste the chicken due to the sauce. When there wasn’t much sauce I could taste the chicken and it was delicious. I would definitely go again and try the wings. I mean, it is a wing place ? the service was amazing and the fellas working there were so kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean as well. Also I’m just tired of restaurants where you have to pay for eat individual food separately. It’s annoying.
Gross. Just gross. I wish there were negative stars so I could give an accurate review. Sloppy, soggy chicken sandwich and cold fries. A toastie without the promised chips. (To be fair, the toastie was edible).
awful!!!!! i ordered 1 combo with 1 drink and was charged for 2. when we called to ask the manager about it the manager named ross or russ couldn't understand him was very nasty cussed at us using the F word called me a LIAR. I will NEVER EVER eat here again something that was easy to fix turn into that. VERY unprofessional. i would give 0 stars if i could.
Order was super late, problem with online order charged us 80 bucks but there are no salads, no celery, and no chips. Don't get the onion rings bc per the woman, they dont serve onion rings and corporate won't take it off the menu.. save your money and go somewhere else.
Went with a great expectation, felt dissatisfied, annoyed and disgusted. Ordered louisiana lemon pepper original wings... with an expectation it would be saucy with a sprinkle of lemon spice seasoning but it was flooded with just that salt mix and no sauce (and I didn't ask for dry rub). Blue cheese was not provided although asked and was in the receipt. Fries were added in the same steaming wings box and they were soggy to the core. And i smelled e-cigar fumes at the place.
Was going to stop at fuzzy and they were closed so we stopped at wing zone for the first time and the boneless wings were super crunchy and I don't like a ton of crust but the sauce I got omg sweet samurai. Was absolutely amazing I could dip everything in that sauce it's delicious. Will be coming back for regular wings with that same sauce.
As a family of three, we have ordered from this location a handful of times. With that being said, every time we have ordered it has been exceptional quality for to go orders. Fresh, and hot! We typically spend $25-45 each visit and I can honestly say it is money well spent with no complaints. Which now a days, it is rare to keep consistent quality and service with every where being short staffed! Just a warning when ordering in person, and taking to go it can be a bit of a longer wait but none the less food was worth every dollar spent there and worth the wait!
