First experience using them for work lunches and last time I use them. They shorted me 4 lunches and I called and was told several times they fulfilled the order and I was one of 4 deliveries they were dealing with. They hung up on me the first time I called and after calling second time Victoria kept fighting me on my order when I can clearly look at my receipt and see 16 Sandwiches and they only delivered 12. Maybe it was a busy day but I paid over 135 dollars and only received a 3rd of my order. Not Cool. Won't use them again.
Sarah is got tubby's rolling today. Good help is hard to find. Tubby's got a good one ? and her side kick is awesome too. And the food was on par thanks guys......
I've been going here for decades for really great food. Prices are reasonable a well. It's nice to see a small, locally owned place like this still sticking around.
This is one of the best places I've ever ate at. If I'm ever in the area again I will be coming back.
Tubby's is a great place to eat. Varied menu with subs, salads, chicken nuggets, BBQ, etc. Nice dining area. Very clean. Friendly service.
Nothing like it used to be the food was always good i no longer live in Charlottesville and was dying for Tubby's when i got her and got nice service but nasty food
Ordered through Grub Hub today because I was yearning for a Tubby's Steak and Cheese...mind you a SIMPLE order. Steak and Cheese was wrong and totally forgot the onion rings. I called and asked to speak to a manager about the issue. I didn't even get an apology or anything....very non-chalant about the wrong/missing items from order. No one cares about good customer service anymore, this was the worst, plus she refused to give me her name; which says a lot also!
The sandwiches are good and they were super busy which is great for them!
