Oh wow! Breakfast here is out of this world! I had the Breakfast Bell box and wife had bacon crunchwrap. The Cinnabon Delight's are amazing! Cinnabon coffee is really good too! I would definitely suggest this Taco Bell here in Charlottesville! Great service and very polite employees.
I've eat at better taco bells the customer service was very poor alot of people seemed they dint know what orders was going out
Used the kiosk. Lol took longer than ordering at the cash register. I should have done that instead. Tasty, friendly and clean as usual

I visited your location on Tuesday, January 18 in the evening. The young lady at the drive-through could not have been any better, she represented your company in the best possible light. She was fun attentive happy and had such a great energy about her it actually made our night. I still can’t get over how upbeat and happy she was when dealing with us. I’m so sorry I did not catch her name but you can consider your establishment very lucky to have such an amazing employee.
Sign says closed at 10, lazy staff closes early. I wish Randolph still worked here because it's trash city now.

Could use correct times on door for dine in or carry out. Takes awhile for order to get done but understandable due to shortages. Food could be better wrapped and labeled so you don't have to search for your food.
As if the inconsistent food isn’t bad enough — several cars in line at midnight when they decided to shut the lights off and go home. I am not sure how you run a successful business when you turn away money. I understand they close at midnight but there are literally people waiting in line. At least cut off the last car in line at midnight. The rest of us were there before the clock struck. Just poor.
