I ordered curbside. I waited they didn't bring it out so I had to go in and get it. That was just an inconvenience but forgivable however I ordered 2 subs with bacon an asked for them to be toasted, the bread an cheese was but not the meat. Bacon cold that hasn't been toasted in my opinion is disgusting, didn't know that till I had gotten home. I filled out the survey they emailed me with my complaint and the guy who made my subs called me and told me I was lying and I should not send in a bad survey response like that because it hurts their store. I could not believe I was in the wrong because I answered a survey honestly, I hadn't asked for a remake or a refund or anything else just was hoping they wouldn't make that mistake again. Customer service was just horrible.
So impressed with the staff and the restaurant. They cleaned the bathroom between customers and were very diligent with Covid protocols. Highly recommend!!
Very dirty location, employees (specifically a middle aged Indian woman) are very rude. I will never visit this location again.
We had a mix up with an online order and I forgot to get my coworkers drink and chips. The store staff remembered us several days later and made sure we got the items that we had forgotten about. Nothing beats good service!

The food here is terrible and they gave my friends order away to the wrong person and didn't believe that she had ordered food. We had to wait for 3 different people to order and have their food made to get our sandwiches we had ordered an hour earlier made. Then they made the sandwiches with tomatoes when she did not ASK for them and specifically wrote in the comments section of the order that she was DEATHLY ALLERGIC. when we called back the manager answered and he refused to remake it or give a refund and he was EXTREMELY rude. My friend later went to the restaurant and had to threaten to call corporate just to have her food remade so she could eat it and not waste $10. So disappointing and a HUGE waste of time.
No meat, no cheese, no guac, no extras. Wasn't even toasted. How do you miss all of this? What's the point.
