Food and service was great.the two young ladys were very helpful and polite.check them out there.
This location has good sandwiches and the staff are pretty friendly. It's usually crowded when I go, so it can take a while during lunch hours.

Leave trash surrounding the dumpsters. You can tell its their trash bags on the ground because they are literally filled with subway logo items like cups and napkins

This is my FAVORITE subway! They are always clean and they run the place like a top. Before COVID I would stop in after the going to the Y and get either a veggie delite sub or a veggie pattie sub - they always had the patty out and didn't have to defrost it (thereby making me wait.) You never have to wait long and they often remember my order which I get the same thing almost every single time I go. The people who run the store are always polite and very conscientious. So in conclusion in the town of Charlottesville, the McIntire location is the best IMHO. I have eaten at nearly all of the Subway's in Charlottesville: including Rio Hill Shopping Center location (thumbs up) and Pantops (thumbs down there) and the one that was at the Exxon on gasoline alley that shut down during COVID and hasn't reopened yet and doesn't appear to planning to. Lesson: eat at McIntire location and you can't go wrong.
I will probably become a regular. The place has a cool atmosphere. Atmosphere and food reminds me of Virginia Beach.
