Overall it was very good! Everything was super tasty. It took a while to be made, but the staff was friendly and it was worth the wait.

Great food, reasonable prices, Always friendly, prompt service. My only complaint would be that they need a spicy ranch or something similar, their homemade sauces are good, but sometimes a little too fancy/complicated sometimes for me.. just a classic Chipotle ranch would be awesome. Their rewards program is ingenious: They attach the account to your cc, so it makes it very easy to cash in on the rewards without having to remember a rewards card every time.
Me, being a long time fan and customer of Sticks on Pantops, I decided to run and grab lunch there today, since its right down the road from my office. Shocked at 1:15 to have an empty lot and only a few people eating.. no line waiting to order. I had to wait for the lady to get off her phone so she could take my order. I ask how she was... no answer. Acting like taking my order was going to be a problem. At first I thought it was my tattoos (I'm a heavily tattooed professional), then I noticed she was covered as well. I said my please and thank you... no reply... my order comes up.. I say it 1 more time... just a blank stare... For a $20 lunch, (huge increase in cost) the owners my need to invest in people who can say thank you for stopping by and learn just a little bit of customer service. Extremely different environment than a few months ago. Sadly I'll have to try the other Kabob place in town next time. Really disappointing.

I go there because I think only falafel joint around. Way to expensive even for cville. It's very assembly line. No wine just beer. Very inauthentic & nothing unusual. Has corporate feel. Cold. Not friendly. Dont expect quality.
I can't say enough about how much I love to eat this food. I could complain about the price but I'm not. Those employees need to be paid.
Sticks is a good place for a quick meal if you want something other than hamburgers, pizza, etc. It's an especially good deal with the BOGO Attractions Book coupon. This visit, I got a chicken and beef platter with hummus as the side and fire roasted red pepper sauce. Platters are served with rice and flatbread. Chicken was better than the beef this time, will probably go all chicken next time. A nice option for weekday takeout.
I normally always get food from sticks over on Preston. There found tonight has no seasoning! Extremely bland! Meat was not all the way cooked. Was $28 for one Kebob! Ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again!
