Awesome store with awesome employees! I order here a few times a week on my way to work, and today was the first time ever that my order wasn’t right. I gave them a call and Evie was very helpful in getting my order right! What a homie!
Since the Holiday Inn breakfast wasn't appealing, we went to Starbucks for breakfast. We placed an order ahead and everything was ready before the estimated pickup time. Everything we ordered (including Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refresher, Iced Green Tea, Marshmallow Dream Bar, Butter Croissant, and Turkey Bacon, Cheddar, and Egg White Sandwich) - tasted great and was the right temperature. The staff were warm, friendly, and got us whatever condiments we needed.
Wonderful experience. Phoebe took my order and was friendly, helpful and efficient, and despite the fact that they were really busy I got my sandwich and coffee in less than 10 minutes. It was Chick-fil-A-style service at Starbucks! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fast service and friendly staff. Vegetarian options are great and easily accessible off of interstate 64. If you're traveling through Charlottesville on 64E or 64W, this location is a lot more accessible than the one off of Pantops.
Had the opportunity to be served by Walter. It’s Sunday and 5pm and I’m a mess of a human….long story short i just needed a coffee.Walter was so kind and I hope he is recognized for his compassionate customer service
Staff is always friendly. Only reason for 4 starts is the heinous drive throu line that goes around the whole building!
Never again will I come to this location. Several months ago I came here not long after they opened and I pay for a Venti but yet I do not get what I paid for. I just assumed it’s because they just opened up. However that was not the case this morning I visited this location again and I order a Venti and that is not what I got. And when I asked the barista why is my cup not filled nobody had an answer. I will complain on my app and send this picture to the corporate office this is unacceptable. Especially because I can go to any other location and I get exactly what I pay for and not a drink that a 1/3 is missing

the guy who taking customers' order is very impatient and will igore you for one minite by pretending to talk with his collegues. unpolitely asking what i will order. this is the worst service i had in all stores i had attended. the good morning mood is destroied by this guy.
The line was long since it's red cup day, but they handled it like champs and I was there maybe 10min from the time I entered the building to the time I left with my two drinks and red cup! I was very impressed with how quickly they got through the line inside and out while also pumping out mobile orders. The place was clean and they did great keeping all of the orders straight
