Ok, so I KNOW this is an anomaly. HOWEVER....I have fallen in love with the Mocha Cookie Crumble frap (+1 shot, of course) I've had one every other day for months. I know what it tastes like. Today however, something went wrong. It's missing the "frap". It's missing the sweet notes. It's missing the crumble. It doesn't even have the right color(way too light).I understand sometimes things go wrong. I run a restaurant myself. Sadly I didn't have time to go back in to get it right, and I will continue to buy Starbucks coffee. Just maybe not at this particular location. LUCKILY there are plenty of options?

As with most Starbucks locations, this one has friendly staff and fast service. I highly recommend mobile ordering.

The service was good but I don't understand why some tables couldn't be out for customers. There is plenty of space to accommodate social distancing. I would have preferred to sit for a minute with my drink and relax after hours of shopping.
In my opinion This is the best Starbucks Team in Charlottesville !! I come here almost every day and They’re always so precise and if they make a mistake they are extremely kind about remaking the order! They even gave me $4 off as compensation for my wait! You guys rock! Keep up the awesome work!
