I’m super confused with how this location gets such good reviews. I’ve never seen a slower Starbucks drive-through. I’ve been to this location several times now and always have to wait at least 15 minutes in line. When I do get to the window I have to wait another 5 minutes for my order. One day I only had one car in front of me and it still took way too long. Aside from that I don’t feel like the staff is very customer service oriented either. It’s one thing to make someone wait a long time for a service/product. It’s another thing to not apologize or even be nice to the customer when they get to the window. It’s just weird and unlike any other Starbucks I’ve been to. The Starbucks next to Harris Teeter is much better if you’re heading that way anyway. It’s also easier to get to.
The staff is awesome! Don't know how they do it! Love the new location.
Went to grab a medicine ball and they were closed at 7pm on a Thursday? When online says 9pm. If the hours change, change them online or at least have it posted somewhere.
DJ and the staff on the drive through have some of the best customer service I've seen! The order was delivered quickly as well.
The new location with the drive through is a little bigger feeling. Parking is tough at prime times here.
They're batting not even 300 on the iced coffee drinks. At least 70% of the time, the coffee is bitter. They could do better on the iced coffee drinks.Everything else is fine.
The friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I wish I could transplant them to Roanoke at my regular Starbucks! This out of towner feels at home here! Drinks are always prepared FAST and CORRECTLY!! Service with a smile!!
Made a steamed almond milk drink with pumpkin spice Syrup and a little whip cream.Also put it in a porcelain cup.Most enjoyable!
