DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET POLITICALLY CORRECTED ALL THE TIME. Especially as someone of color you won’t be able to get away with things like other people can. Even for the smallest thing you can be 1-2 minutes late or right on time and getting your stuff ready to go manager will talk to you about being late… it’s ridiculous. Soo yea it’s a place where if you don’t say what they wanna hear then you will be snitched on.
They don’t do mobile orders any more and it’s flat out ridiculous. We’re college students on the go, we don’t have time to wait in line to order coffee and then wait for them to make it. I jus wanna order on my way there and have my drink be ready for me, too much to ask?
listen, I usually love the coffee i get from here but the barista, Cassie?? I believe, was not the best. My drink had way too much ice in it. I know Starbucks a ton of ice but this was ridiculous and an obscene amount of ice. And it just tasted off. Not a fan. who would even go to this Starbucks since there are so many better ones nearby. often is super busy and they just don’t know how to make the drinks as well. Go somewhere else if you want an authentic Starbucks drink.

Somewhat bizarre Starbucks location in a nice old townhouse. On a reecent seasonably cool fall day, the four massive integrated A/C units under the ceiling in the upstairs seating area were roaring loud enough to drown out the house music, with the windows all closed. (There's also a gas fireplace in case they want to run that full blast to balance out the A/C.) None of the electrical outlets on the non-frosty side of the room were working.
