I ordered with ActiveMenus. It was seamless and so easy. Red Robin is the only place in town where you can get a gourmet burger at 10:30 at night. It hit the spot. I'm stuffed.
Let me start with the one positive thing. The food was fresh and tasted really good. So my thank you to the cook's. Thank being said I was surprised our food wasn't cold when it came to our table because it set in the back for way to long before the waitress went back to get it There was not very many people in the establishment when myself and my family entered to eat. That should have been a clue we should have left. The staff did not want to wait on customers. Took forever to get drinks and refills. We asked three employees for refills and it took forever before we got our drinks The staff didn't keep up with busting tables. The tables and restrooms were awful. Unless they make a lot of improvements I and my family will not go back.
I went to red Robin tonight for dinner & the tortilla soup was delicious!This restaurant has the most fabulous hostess by the name of QENA... she's INCREDIBLE!!!!every business should be soooo lucky ? to have someone like that greeting & taking care of "take outs" the way she does ; such an exuberance of happiness!!! ; especially these days where most people don't want to work ..this young lady goes over & beyond her duties w/ a beautiful personality & smile to match !!!?RED ROBIN is lucky to have her Represent them!!! i'll definitely be back !!!
Our food was really good, and our waitress was really nice! Our food came quickly and the to-go order we asked for at the end was packaged really well
Ordered one of their gourmet burgers for takeout. The burger itself was delicious but kind of fell apart because the buns were a bit too small for the patty and toppings. Not a huge issue. The extra crispy fries were not very crispy at all and could have done with some more seasoning, but they do have some good sauces. In the end, you could probably get a slightly higher quality burger and fries somewhere else but still good food.
Great burger, friend had the impossible burger, which also looked good. Very friendly and attentive service, with good COVID protocols. We were happy to see that Red Robin was still open despite the decline of the mall.
There was barely anyone in the restaurant. We asked for a table for 2 and high chair. We were told we could be seated immediately but since we needed a high chair it would be about 10 minutes because the server with that section had a few tables. We were fine with that. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting for a table in a nearly empty restaurant, we left. I’ve had a similar experience with this restaurant before. Won’t go back.
I tried the new impossible burger w/fries and it was good. I couldve did without the relish that comes on it but ill know for next time. My sister had the jalapeno burger and she said it was amzing but the sweet potato fries she ordered were cold.
The burger I had was well prepared and tasty. The sweet 'tater fries were damn good! They were the perfect size and cooked to crispiness. The service was attentive while not being imposing.The beer selection there is mediocre at best. They don't serve many craft brews. It's mostly mass market lagers like Coors, Miller, Bud, etc.
We were seated in a timely fashion with the promise of our waitress would be over shortly. Ten minutes later we were again promised our waitress would be over to take our order. The hostess came over to take our drink orders. After a 15 minute wait, our waitress made an appearance. She was very sweet and apologetic. She took our orders and the food was served promptly. This poor waitress was taking care of the whole restaurant! We tipped her generously due to her energetic work ethic. If you have hours to spend getting something to eat, then this is the place for you.
