Three people were working and it took forever for us to get our food and my soup was cold.
Red Lobster - as every restaurant during the height of Covid - had it's own unique challenges with staffing and menu item availability. There were times that we visited Red Lobster in 2020 and 2021 that we actually wondered if the restaurant chain would survive.Our last visit in May 2022 definitely gave us the impression that hopefully this restaurant will be around for us to enjoy in the future.The service was excellent with attentiveness from the greeter, our server and even the bartender. The food was great and our drinks were mixed to perfection. An overall superb dining experience.We could not have been more pleased.Thank you for making Red Lobster one of our top places to dine out again. Your staff are doing everything right!

It's unfortunate how expensive Red Lobster has become. One pound of snow crab legs is now over $30!!! That's an insane price for one person's meal. They do have a few meals that seem like a better value, but really aren't all that tasty. I ordered the 3 From the Sea meal. For 15.99, you pick an indiviual starter, soup or salad, and an entree. That's not a terrible deal, but the individual starter that I picked were the mozzarella cheesesticks. They were tiny and tasted like they were frozen, then cooked 2 days ago, refrigerated, and then microwaved to serve them to me. The salad was ok. The shrimp linguini alfredo tasted a little off as well - possibly from a frozen or jar sauce and overcooked noodles. This used to be a great restaurant with friendly waitstaff and delicious fresh food, but that seems to be a thing of the past for at least this location.
One of the worst experiences you could imagine. My (pregnant) fiance's food didn't come out til everyone else was done eating, nor did she ever receive her side. Not a single refill was had until we asked for a drink to-go, manager even asked how things were going, we told her and she said I'll go get your waiter. What in the actual f#$k.... Tried having a nice outing for a special occasion to celebrate my mom finally overcoming smoking cigarettes, and it couldn't have gone much worse. Had to even ask for the biscuits before they were brought to the table, didn't even recieve an apology or even an offer for a refund of the food that came out 30 minutes after everyone else's. What a complete joke.
My husband, bonus daughter and I went to eat here on a Sunday evening around 5:30. It took over an hour for our food to come to the table. When my husband walked to the bathroom he counted the customers inside the restraunt and there was 19 . Not 19 tables but 19 people in the place... Once the food did finally come.. I personally had ordered the "3 from the sea" special which included a soup or salad, an appetizer and the main course. Never received my salad, never received my appetizer but the main course was very tasty. My husband ordered the seafarers feast, rice extremely hard as though it wasnt thoroughly cooked and his lobster tail was the same size as the Petite lobster tail that my daughter got off of the kids meal. This was our first time at Red lobster in years and we probably will not be returning for a while again.
Great food as always, gotta live those biscuits! They seemed to be short staffed when we were there, but our waitress was working very hard to provide the best service she could.
The manager here was so accommodating & kind tonight. I need to get her name & call in a good word. The waiter has been so friendly & attending to the little details.
Was ok but a party of 14 and 3 steaks ordered well done and they come out almost still alive and get only a 10$ discount. The seafood was great on the other hand.
My wife and I visited this location for our 11th anniversary celebration dinner this evening and we were taken care of by a wonderful person named Pamela. I enjoyed the food and drinks, also was nicely surprised by the attentiveness and kindness of Pamela. She was great and I cant say enough good things about my experience today with a special thanks to Pamela!
