Went in during lunch rush...got food quickly and was correct to order...good food....no complaints.

I've eaten at Qdoba only a handful of times (not this location specifically every time) and I really find their food bland. No spice, no flavor, it didn't need to be throat burning spicy for me (I can't eat that anyway), but there was no savoriness to it at all. I couldn't taste any lime or cilantro in the rice, it just tasted "wet" (like it had been really overcooked and was just mushy). I had added pico de gallo and corn salsa and the fajita peppers and none of those ingredients had any flavor to them. It was a sad bowl of food.(I didn't eat at the restaurant, so I did finish the food since I had paid for it and had no desire to throw it away. If I had been in person, I would have likely talked to your manager).
Affordable and fast. And delicious! What more could you ask for.
Mediocre service not friendly at all rushed me for Mty order and slammed down the cup like he was saying hurry and get out but ok I won't go back
Very disappointed with this place. I got food last Saturday and was accidentally charged three times for it on my card. I called them, multiple times and they would not pick up the phone. So I had to drive back out to come in person. They refused me a refund, saying that in there system it looked like they had only charged me once. My bank account statement shows me being charged three times from them, and all three have went through and money taken out of my account. The staff was actually quite rude to me when trying to get this resolved. They seemed annoyed to have to bother with this and were very impatiently asking me questions, getting visibly frustrated with me. I just wanted to be refunded for what I was triple charged for, that’s all. Over all, I feel as if I should have been refunded rather they could find it in there system or not. I work in retail and that is just good customer service. My store takes care of the guest first, meaning that sometimes you have to refund them for things that may not be the stores fault. I am very upset with how they treated me, and they refused to refund me. I will not be returning to this location again.
The service and staff were great. And the food is excellent! Since I live around the corner, it's my favorite place!
