A wonderful little gem, The Public has it all: great food, a very well thought thru wine list - and great staff. We were happily surprised across the board - having known nothing or heard anything previously. We are now forever fans and look forward to the next visit there!

Delicious food, per usual and great service - albeit a bit slow. Classic moules frites dish is superb & gets lots of bread for the sauces.

First time visitors to Charlottesville and this was our favorite dinner spot! Outstanding food, service and atmosphere! Our table had the âBeyondâ cocktail and it lived up to its name! Wonderful appetizers and entrees paired with personal delightful service. This spot was one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommend!
