Chicken tenders were terrible. It was all breading. Pricey!

They forgot my entire order. My boyfriend went to get food for me and they only gave him his food and not mine even though it was all in one order. I lost $7 on this, which is almost as much as I make in an hour. As someone who has worked in fast food recently this is completely unacceptable and management needs to get it together. Stop rushing customers through the line to improve your average time so you can get your stupid bonus while your employees get paid minimum wage and actually get orders right.

Not a happy customer. Ordered to go..item Large shrimp ff and small drink. I got chicken wings mash pot and large drink. I brought the order back told no one apologized. They took wrong order i Took new order drove . home i rec . small popcorn shrimp they were hard as a rock. Gave them to the birds. I will not be back ! Spent 11 dollars drove all the way into town to be very disappointed.

I have ordered 6 times at this Popeyes over the last two years. Four out of those six times they forgot part of my order at the drive through. Sometimes they run out of chicken at 8pm when the store closes at 10. How do you run out of chicken, you are a Popeyes. Today yet again they forget my chicken sandwich.

We weren't coming here to eat the chicken until after we got our ice cream (cold stones is attached to it.) But we were going to have some afterwards but we were stuck in our parking spot due to the slow drive thru line and not able to order inside. Not sure if it's always like this but didn't end up getting anything because of how long it was going to take to get fast food. It took us a while just to get out so we could leave from getting ice cream. Hopefully it was just a busy day..About a month later...so I had given this 3 stars before but I'm going to change it to a 1 star. Food is good, like any Popeyes chicken place, but we got it door dashed and the poor driver had to wait through the horrible drive thru line just to get the food for us due to them not having the inside open for them to pick up any online orders. Be prepared to wait an hour + just to get your food due to this poorly runned establishment. Not door dash's fault, just whomever owns this place.

Went there and the people barely spoke English! I’d order and they kept responding with “okay what do you want” and I would tell them again and then they would just say “okay what do you want” each time I’d repeat myself. So annoying. I order the same thing every time (3 piece tender combo) only for them to just give me way more tenders I can eat with no fries and no biscuit and charge my card more money than a what I ordered.

Ordered breast and wing, got thigh and leg. Receipt was correct but contents wrong.Flavor of macaroni and cheese and the red beans and rice were very good.

Ordered 14 piece chicken family meal. It was sooooooo dry and over cooked only a 3 or 4 pieces were even edible. And the Mac and cheese is totally different from any other Popeyes I've been to, different in a bad way. Anyways kept it from being a one star bc of the pleasant interaction with the manager when I called. Offered to redo the order at some point since it wasn't possible for me to return to the store that evening...

There's something wrong with this place. I ordered 8 nuggets and a biscuit w/small iced tea; my husband ordered breast, wing, rice/beans & biscuit. We both received large drinks. I received 12 nuggets and a biscuit that was like a hockey puck. My husband didn't get his rice/beans so went back and explained he didn't get a receipt - he was told they don't give receipts with CC purchase. What? Got back to the table and realized they gave him breast/leg so I took it back this time. The guy inspected the leg carefully and then gave me new order while he was talking to co-workers in Spanish and laughing. I know enough Spanish to know they were commenting something like "never happy" - brought it back to the table and my husband had to bring back the rice/beans as they were ice cold. We don't know what they charged us for since no receipt but seems like a nice con not to give receipt. NEVER, never go there!

Want to wait in an inescapable drive-thru line for 40 minutes just to get the wrong order? This is your spot. Unbelievably bad. I could have crawled on my belly through hot coals and broken glass in faster time.
