My order was incorrect and i had to wait, with my two small children, for a new pizza to be made. mistakes happen we are all human, it was just very inconvenient and time consuming.
Have the app be able to be changed to show an accurate time for pick up. It said 20 minutes. We were sitting outside the place waiting until the app said it was ready. My husband went in to get it and it was an additional 10 minutes. They only had 3 workers and were slammed with orders and customers because of power outages here. The employees were friendly, polite and apologized. They were doing everything they could.
Pizza was delicious ‼️we ordered take out and it was fairly quick . The wings were banging . I Usually don’t like boneless , but these were very good.
Worst pizza hut ever. Ordered a three topping pizza barely had any toppings. Ordered extra sauce, there was none and my solution was to do an 11 dollar credit when I spent more than that. Even better! Called corporate office to make a complaint and the district manager NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME. I was going to let it go but I Ordered from another pizza hut, drove to another COUNTY and they would not take my coupon or add my points. Never again pizza hut.
So I put in an online order at 1pm and the site said it was gonna take a little over an hour. Well 2:30 rolls around and my driver calls me asks me where I'm at so I tell him. Then he hangs up so I'm thinking he'll be coming soon. I try calling him 5 minutes later, no answer. Now 30 minutes pass and he's not here. So I decide to call this store. Someone answers, I explain my problem, and he says he'll call him. Then puts me on hold. Well I was put on hold for 30 minutes and the phone hangs up. Try calling them back and the phone rang about 10 or more times, no answer. Now the only thing I'm unsure about if I'm gonna get my money back or not.
My Pizza was delicious and on time. But the toppings were 2 full inches away from the edge of the crust all the way around??? Is this something new Pizza Hut is doing to cut back on toppings?. Other than that, my Super Supreme Pizza was yummy.
I placed the order on line and was told that it would arrive in 50 minutes. It arrived in 30 minutes. The delivery driver was a true gentleman and full of smiles as he handed over a hot pizza. It was a perfect pizza and hit the spot.
Get the order correct! Soda was left off again. Had to drive back to the store to get it. When I called to get the order corrected, it took 3 minutes 20 seconds for the phone to be answered and then they hung up!
The ease of your ordering site..the extensive menu...the quality of the food and those wings OMG..the BEST!!!
The curbside service worked really well. And the the pizza was delicious.
