If u ever have a problem with doordash or Uber eats bring u wrong food.Good luck they won’t make an order and the manager there will fight with u over the phone on how much profit they will lose on ome cheese sticks and one pepperoni pizza . What a way to treat a customer .
Delivery driver was new, but didn't call when he got lost and ended up driving to *Crozet* of all places before turning around... Then spent a good 5-10 minutes wandering the complex (again, no call to me to ask for directions), and forgot my two 2-liters. Pizza was okay, but was lukewarm on arrival due to being gone almost an hour from leaving the store according to the tracker. Definitely a reminder of why I don't order from them often...
We ordered the NEW New York styled pizza. As former NYorker - I know that this style is difficult to find and have it truly be the right crust. And, again, disappointment. It was the same hand tossed crust (yes, I checked to be sure I ordered the right thing). I had long since written PJ's off for dry pizza that always tastes like it's been sitting all day. NOT going to do that again, So, if you are wondering about it - DON'T DO IT. You'll be disappointed too!
Very friendly and handsome delivery drivers! They were fast and my food was accurate and hot!
Thin crust was dry. The filling was sparse and good enough. It not great by any means. Ordered cheese onion and beef and the beef bits were hard to find.
Love there chesse bread it's like a pizza ? pie ... Cut into tiny strips
Was passing though the area and grabbed a pizza so we could keep driving. Staff was friendly and brought the pizza outside to a bench where we were waiting.
Rude, unpleasant, and impatient driver, couldn't wait even 3 minutes for retrieval even though it was contactless delivery. Also, when asked why they don't follow their own policy for contactless delivery they said "They're worried the pizza might be stolen, before the customer retrieves it." I must say that it's nice knowing that Papa Johns values us, the customers, less than a box of pizza. This is the last time I'll order from here, since the blatant disrespect for their customer, and unwilling to follow their own corporate COVID policy, while endangering their customers don't sit well with me.
Takes forever and order is frequently wrong. Any well run restaurant would rush a corrected order to you instead of telling a customer who received an incorrect order that it would come in an hour. I wish there was an option for less than one star. I live less than 2 miles away. Come on Ivy road location manager. Get it together please.
Horrible manager. Do not eat at this restaurant. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have no other alternative, I feel sorry you have to eat here. After dealing with KC, I now understand why this restaurant has so many TERRIBLE ratings.
