I placed my order at 9:05 p.m. and it arrived at 10:31 p.m... I live 3 minutes down the road! It was lukewarm at best and cold by the second slice. I called the store about 10 minutes prior to it being delivered to see if it was going to be delivered at all. The manager sound annoyed by my call and offer to credit my account a free pizza. Why would I want a free pizza from this place? The app quoted me 35-45 minutes. Lies! Pretty mad that I paid $36 for cold pizza!
Very clean, nice people. Pizza (6 ordered) ready and piping hot (PERFECT!) In less than 20 minutes! Fastest time I've ever experienced with just one pizza ordered from other places.
Every time I order it says 25 minutes and it takes at least an hour and a half. This time as we were nearing two hours I had to call and cancel. Terrible customer service as well.
Don't waste your money here! I ordered lunch at 12:58, never got it. Somehow they hired the only delivery guy that doesn't know how to use Google maps, his eyes, or follow delivery instructions.Use a different Papa John's, this one is 100% garbage!

Orders here have consistently had ridiculously long wait times and late delivery, but tonight was the worst I've experienced. I placed an order in the app and was given an estimated 1 hour delivery window. I called for an update 1hr 25 mins later as it had been showing as ready for a while, but still hadn't left the store. I spoke with someone who said they would deliver the food ASAP and refund my order. As soon as I hung up, i noticed the order was cancelled and I couldn't track the delivery driver. About another 40 minutes go by and still no food (2+Hours late at this point), so i called again to confirm. The same guy assured me the order was cancelled but my food was on the way and would be delivered. I just wanted to know if i should make other plans and he promised I would get it (though I'm sure it'd be extremely cold)....3 hours later and still no food...
Ordered dinner tonight. Single employee running the whole show and did so with a smile and positive attitude.
The people working here are always nice and very fast. Too bad the phone was down. When I called it said number unavailable like they forgot to pay the bill
Horrible service today from this location, finalized order at 11:00 am, called back at 12:30 after multiple calls and being told each time 30 to 40 minutes for delivery, it is now 12:45 still no food after paying nearly $150.00 for our order. Will be the last order we place from them!!!
I ordered some bbq chicken thing and the guy forgot to put sauce on it. So its just meat cheese and bread. Dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. And they weren't even busy. Smh
