We were staying pretty remote from town and thank goodness this was her to stock up on a few yummy things to have in our cabin. Panerai is always soot on

Placed a $40 online order at 9:30 to be picked up at 10:40 (they open at 10:30). Show up at 10:53 to get my food, they tell me there's no soup ready and it'll be another 20 mins waiting on the soup. Since the soup is the only part of the Family Feast my kids will eat, I decided to wait. Killed some time at the pet store with my 4 y/o, came back 20 mins later at 11:15, STILL no soup ready. Meanwhile my hot sandwiches had been in the bag and ready since I got there at 10:53 so they were getting nice and soggy and cold. I did not walk out with my food until 11:30. On an order that should have been ready at 10:40. No apology, no compensation, no nothing. They acted like I was the one inconveniencing them somehow. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never go back.

Being my first time and letting staff know I thought I would get better service.Chris stepped in and talked to me about the different products they had and let me sample the chicken sausage for the pizza (not a pork eater)Flat bread was delicious and so was CHRIS!!!!

We went here the other day it was 3:08 pm drive thru was closed there was a sign hanging outside that said due to staff shortage they would be closing at 4pm doors were unlocked we went in got to the counter and was told they were closed at 3:10 not 4 pm there were at least 5 people behind the counter working at the time I’m not understanding what the problem is. Will not return to this location

Says open but closed. Drive through also closed tell 9 AM!!!! Call them and listen to store hours and says hit 2 to hear store hours, when you do you get no answer. Got on the ball Manager.

Most of the issues I have here I think is simply lack of staffing which I don't fault any business for currently. Just be aware of 20 min wait times for a cup of coffee, long drive through lines, and limited opening hours. What drove me over the edge though? Ordering ahead of time on the app for rapid in store pick up, only to get there and just be handed an empty cup. Confused I questioned this and was just told that since the dining room was open they were allowing people to just make their own coffee. While I am sure there are people that appreciate this, I did not. It seems pointless to pre-order something just to have to make it myself, defeats the purpose of ordering.

Always good food here. Interesting menu addition which I had to try, The Stacked Mac sandwich. Very cheesy, Messy too, but oh so tasty. Just ask for extra napkins when ordering. ?. It may not be the most dietetic choice on the menu but it was good.

This place is such a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it’s awful. Not sure what’s up with that, but they’re not consistent. We usually order breakfast here about 5-6 times a month, but we’ll probably stay away after our last experience. My partner had ordered a breakfast wrap to go. When he got home and took a bite he had realized the sauce on it had gone rancid. I took a bite and nearly vomited. We decided to call to let them know so no other customers experience the rancid sauce. Their response was, “Ok. We’ll check it.” And click, hung up. No “I’m sorry” or anything. However, there have been several occasions where I have enjoyed the food. Especially their sandwiches and soups.

They did a nice job. Quick service. Manager walked around and seemed to care. Clean bathrooms! On the way to go fishing in solomons, MD.

5/23/2021Another terrible review for this location. I'll save the whole story for another time, but the manger basically lost a long time customer because of the difference in cost of a sandwich and a bagel ($3.50). Mike the store manager just didn't care. He was polite, but would not take care of it. As you can see from previous edits Panera just doesn't care about their customers. If they did I would have gotten a response from one of my other 1star reviews. Crickets though. I will come back and update this review. I in mailed the CEO through LinkedIn. I do not expect a reply, but I'll give him a couple weeks before I update again.Until next time I recommend going else where if you want an accurate order.March 2021This location is not ideal. The cashier today did not smile at all. She wasn't mean or rude, just indifferent. Had to come back to tell her about the ice machine not working and she didn't even look at me.I never order online from here because it is never ready on time. They say it's the apps fault, but I question the validity of that statement.Another time I arrived to pick me food up and it was not ready. There were 2 kitchen people having a personal conversation not making sandwiches which ignored me when I walked up to the window. I had to walk up to the register to inquire about my food. Apparently the food was ready, but it was sitting on the counter in the kitchen getting cold while they were talking.November 2020Today the kitchen was a little messy for only 2 guests in side and an empty drive thru.September 2020My overeasy egg is normally overcooked also, but not today. So thank you.I think it's time for corporate to take a good look at this location.Update from next day:The very friendly cashier accepted my cash payment while wearing food service gloves and then continued to handle food with the same gloves. Also, my over easy eggs was overcooked today.Another 1 star review. Supposedly they have curbside pick-up, but no one comes out to your car and if you don't fit through drive-thru it's difficult to get your food. June 22, 2020.
