I was looking for a place to take my husband for his birthday. I discovered a really fabulous way to enjoy seafood (his favorite) in the comfort of our own home! A take home pot to steam for the two of us! Kenny gave me perfect instructions and this was a big hit! What a feast (everything you see in the photo is provided, right down to the butter and lemon slices) and more than enough to feed us for dinner and lunch the next day with leftovers. Can't wait for my seafood loving family to visit so we can do this again! Thank you Outer Banks Boil Company!
paying for the convenienceOrdered enough food for a family of 3 adults + 2 kids. Wasn't too impressed by the quality of the sea food items. The mussels and shrimps were small. Snow crabs were small. lots of potatoes. After cooking the food, I immediately thought that I could've 'beefed up' the pot by getting higher quality ingredients from costco, throw them into the pot and boil them together.The high price is really paying for the convenience. You can pre-order online or over the phone and pick it up right after work, bring it to boil at home and eat at home. I think that's the main selling point. Quality wise... I think I would get better quality items simply by going to costco/local grocery stores.I think it's a bit over priced but it was a unique experience. Worth trying, but probably won't do it again.
Very fresh seafood, the boil was easy to prepare and so delicious. The staff were also very kind and knowledgeable.

WOW! OBBC catered our company Christmas lunch and impressed even the pickiest of eaters! We are now discussing having them over several times a year! The food is fresh, taste great, very reasonably priced and best of all; we had no clean up! Thanks for everything guys!
OBX Boil has catered our company Christmas party for the past 2 years, and does an outstanding job. The food is excellent, the communication and service are top notch. I highly recommend!
Outer Banks Boil Company is AMAZING!!!! (10/22/21). This pot generously fed 4 people!!!! This food is fresh and tasty. OBBC, makes their own secret recipe of herbs and spices along with their own cocktail sauce, so we will certainly will be purchasing some VERY SOON!! Thanks to their unique service my husband and I will have an Anniversary to remember!! The gentleman (I cannot recall his name) was soooo Nice and Helpful with us when we arrived to pick up our pot!!!! You can dine in or take these lovely pots home!!
We had the best seafood meal ever tonight! We splurged for the “overboard” and was just amazing. So easy and flavorful and plenty of food! Thank you guys for helping make a great birthday evening. The key lime pie was just as good too. We will definitely be repeat customers!
The food was PERFECTION!! We got the lobster boil and it exceeded our expectations. The flavor was amazing and we can’t wait to eat it again.
