We stopped here on a whim after not seeing anything appealing nearby and it was a great success. I’ve never had Turkish cuisine but anything under the Mediterranean umbrella is always a go for me. I had a build your own beef bowl with a little bit of everything. The beef was really flavorful, the ingredients were fresh and the tzatziki sauce was on point. Also surprisingly the fries are better than most burger joints I’ve been to.On top of having great food the staff were both very friendly and thanked us for stopping by. Although not food related I have to mention the collection of cat portraits. That was the cherry on top haha

Absolutely amazing food - would eat lunch here every day if we lived here. My husband was apprehensive about Turkish street food and this place sold him on how delicious it was! Everything was fresh, cooked well and perfectly seasoned! And the employees were super friendly. Highly recommend!
We picked this place at random while in Charlottesville around lunchtime on a Saturday. We had a classic wrap with chicken and an Istan-bowl with beef, no mods, with a side of rosemary fries. This was one of the best lunches we’ve had at a fast casual place in a very long time. The super friendly staff and owners were a bonus. Already thinking about the next time we’ll be in Charlottesville for lunch so we can have this again!

As authentic as possible Turkish street food. Fresh ingredients and proper preparation at every step. I’ve lived in Turkey and this is my first experience with GOOD Turkish food in the USA.
What an absolute treat! My kiddos wanted french fries, I wanted something healthy. When I called the restaurant, the response was, “We have the best fries in town.” It turned out that that they were delisc: with a hint of rosemary and perfectly crunchy!The portions are generous. And everything was very fresh! That’s when you understand that the owner cares. Thank you.

Delicious food made fresh daily. Loved the choices. Don't miss the rosemary fries which are fun to dip in the sauces. Plenty of seating in the restaurant. Enjoyed the bonus of a chat with one of the owners. A delightful experience!
