Covid has done sad things to this particular establishment. Take your chance of either getting in and out without a wait, or getting the opportunity to watch an entire hour of the Heard Trial while you wait.Dining room is also hit and miss so I’d go somewhere else if sitting down inside is a requirement. 90% of the time it’s closed.Probably not their fault, it’s probably a lack of staffing but it’s still not something we as customers want to put up with.

Customer service is a disaster.I waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes with no response from customer service. I wasn’t sure if the drive-thru speaker was broken. I decided to move forward and place my order at the next window. Instead of taking responsibility for the drive-thru speaker issue and fixing the problem by taking my order, the drive-thru service rep gave me a bunch of excuses for the speaker issue and told me she couldn’t take my order and to drive back around.I was a bit surprised since 99% of the time, when I have had this issue before, my order is usually taken at the next drive-thru window. No big deal.I told the customer service rep that their customer service sucked. They told me they didn’t care, and that I shouldn’t come back lolWell I certainly WILL NOT be coming back ever again.Lord have mercy.I will be going to Chick-fil-A.This McDonald’s location needs to take a very long hard look at Chick-fil-A’s customer service model which is light years beyond anything this McDonald’s has to offer.I have worked in the restaurants/customer service business for over a decade. I know exactly what good customer service looks like and how it is done.This is absolutely not how it is done.

I'm been doing doordash for a long time now and gave witnessed a lot. Dom and Richard do such a great job. The gest I've seen in a long time. It's so great to see, people working hard, with a smile. I mean who wants to be serving food at 630am or delivering it for that matter? Their character shines thru as good human brings. I get so upset when k see people go out of their way to be nasty and hurtful. It's easy to fl do.mits a sign of weakness and insecurity. All I see in Dom amd Richard is strength. Their great attitude in infectious. I only see great futures for them in whatever they do. I've had a long very successful career. I do doordash to be oriducyuge and for fun. Thank you both for renewing my belief in humankind. AND... I went there three times in a row you think they'd be annoyed but no they only show Joy if I were wrong about the character it would have came through but no, all I saw was effort and kindness

They work hard over here. I just had a hankering for an ice cream cone in the winter. I was surprised the machine was working! Cone was small, warm, and soft but I still got brain freeze and no diarrhea, so that was a win!

Ordered a McRib and got a McMold...real classy

Easily the worst McD’s in the area. After all these years they’re still not getting it. Slow wait times, sometimes rude employees, screwing up your order etc. Ruckersville and the other Cville locations have it together better.

This is one of the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Constantly takes way longer then it should and they constantly forget items in your order. Very poorly run and the food is also below average for a Mcdonalds

Slowest drive thru I've ever seen. And that's all they are doing. Lobby is closed. They are literally taking a cars order, having them pull around, getting their money, giving them their food then finally taking the order of next car

Before I order it always has good service, but this time I feel very bad.before the man will double check what order then give me my order. This time, the lady just give me my order and walked away, didn’t say nothing. And I feel the size it’s not right, so that my first time to check my order. I find that problem and talk to them and then wait my right order, when I arrive home, I feel the fries a little bit, I order large, but the fries just half? So I didn’t know what’s going on. Does the employee has bad mood or not satisfied with her boss . So do like that.

I ordered 40 nuggets a large tea and a large McFlurry. The woman at the speaker gave me the price and told me to drive around before she even finished putting in my order because when I got to the window they told me a different price. Got my food and they tried to tell me to go before giving me my drink. When we got home I noticed the McFlurry hadn’t been mixed at all. All of the cookie and caramel was on top. The young man that served me was nice but I’m very annoyed.
