Open up the restaurants and open up the restrooms. enough is enough
The worker at the Window was super rude. He told me they don’t take more than 1 order, then he realized I have a younger daughter in the car when I pulled up to the window. He realized I was African American then, which I believe he was surprised. He suddenly was very nice, tried asking for my daughters number on the receipt. This was a black man in his 40’s working the window, he then got denied by my 16 year old daughter…. I was shook. Couldn’t believe this man did it in front of me. But when she denied the number, he said “fuck your & your daddy.” ….. me & my daughter agreed to throw our food away, scared they would’ve contaminated it
Drive thru fantastic. I don't know the women's name who works some mornings in drive thru but she works so hard. Today is Tuesday morning. The efficiency and speed of drive thru when she works versus not is obvious. I can almost tell when I pull up based on the line and how fast it moves. She works the equivalent of 3-4 people.
My orders are frequently made wrong or missing an item or two of my order. McDonalds is not what it use to be. The beef patties are getting thinner and the taste isn't as good as it use to be. Bring the 90's Micky D's back!
Mobile order for curbside pickup. Typically these take about 5 minutes and your app won't show that "thanks for your order" message until the order is walking out the door. Waited 15 minutes got the thank you for your order message but no food. Walked inside. They didn't have my order. They made to order while I waited and handed me a cup for my sweet tea, which bothered me because I had to ask for it. It is a curbside order. It should have been done.Fries had no salt. But all food was made to order as requested. We were on a time schedule and this put us back. Frustrating.
friendly customer service, drive through was Timely, order was correct, their french fries were awesome like always.
We visited the 100Twentyninth PlaceCourt Charlottesville VA location and placed our order in the drive thru. When we got home, we realized we received the wrong order. We received a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich, 10 piece nuggets, and medium fries. I tried calling the restaurant several times with no one answering the phone and did not have time to go back to the restraunt before having to be somewhere. We ordered and paid for a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with chocolate milk, a large sweet tea, 20 piece nuggets, and 2 large fries. We did get the happy meal, chocolate milk and large sweet tea.
This location is not very accommodating for those who have hearing disabilities. I ordered through the app and hopped in the drive thru. My husband was with me however to help me out. When we got to the speaker, according to my husband, no one answered. Nobody said “give me on moment” or “I’ll be right with you.”My husband proceeded to tell me to go ahead to the window and show them my Mobile order number since no one was on speaker. We were at the speaker for 2 minutes with absolutely no communication from any staff.I got to the first window and showed the worker my order number code, they told me (my husband repeated it back to me since I couldn’t hear the worker) that I wasn’t allowed to place an order at the window even if it was a Mobile order and that I needed to go back through the drive thru.Mind you, I only ordered a large fry and a sandwich. Even after my husband explaining to them that I have a hearing disability so I needed to order at the window and/or show the code there, they made us go around again. We didn’t go around, we just went straight home. I have NEVER experienced a drive thru where they were not accommodating to those are are hard of hearing/deaf.You guys should take a lesson from Starbucks, Dunkin, and Chick Fil A. Be accommodating to those who needs the extra help.
It's McDonald's. I absolutely did not eat here but thought I would review it anyways. Quit being lazy and support a local business instead. From what I've seen McDonald's is more expensive than most locally owned places for a lunch option. On top of it all these places are gross and really bad for you.
There was a long line, but we got through pretty quickly. Our order was accurate and the fries were hot!
